App mostly works but real time bus tracking inaccurate
Buying tickets and planning routes in the app mostly work although the UX can be a bit clunky.
However, the real time bus tracking is really broken in this app/system. A bus will show as next arriving in 10, 5, 15 minutes within the span of 5 minutes. Hopefully Zou can fix their bus tracking, or actually show where the buses are in real time (rather than just showing when the next bus is expected at a stop).Show lessLolwat123456789

You can’t sign up for an account using the app. Go to their website to sign up. Save yourself the time I wasted repeated trying to create an account.DC Driver 20876
Pas du tout opérationnel… Arnaque en Approche
Un système d’achat en ligne de ticket pas du tout au point. Les e-tickets de l’application ne fonctionnent pas dans les transports de la compagnie. D’ailleurs la compagnie se moque des voyageurs dans cette situation… Leur onglet réclamation ne sert à rien: Aucune de leurs promesse de compensation n’est tenue. Works but can definitely be improved
Did not experience any issues buying tickets! Parts of the app were a bit clunky, like when you search a route and click buy all you have to sort through a list of the available routeszondudee
Don’t use this app- I wasn’t allowed on bus
I’ve had endless issues trying to use this app to get single trip tickets . Unfortunately the relevant bus line didn’t provide them via normal means on a webpage, and forces u to download the app. The app is terrible - It doesn’t load pages then just suddenly closes. By some miracle and constant refreshing I managed to buy tickets. However- It ended up crashing constantly when I was trying to get on the bus to use them. The bus driver had no mercy and kicked me off (all in French). This was very stressful. Ended up having to buy more tickets (physical tickets in person at the kiosk) and wait for the next bus. Would’ve been terrible if i was at a bus without a kiosk , or it was the last bus of the day. Customer service online only speaks French. Strong recommendation to just buy a physical ticket at the bus station.Show lessRicarb
The worst app I have ever used.
Literally the worst app I have ever used. Half the time it tells me there are no buses and I should walk instead. Bears no relation to the info on the website. Absolute disgrace.zztop74

Cannot complete account registration
Upon receiving the verification email from the app to register the account, the email contained just garbage text. This app is great in theory, but it’s a major miss when you can’t complete the account registration. Simple testing would’ve solved this.MicroRay
Truly Awful
Hey guys, in the English version, your sign up verification code system doesn’t work! You can get around that by signing up in French and then switching to English. But the app is still truly awful. I can only buy one ticket, rather than two (one for me and one for my spouse). Couldn’t figure out how to buy a round-trip ticket. After spending about an hour on it, I gave up and deleted my account. I work in tech-support, and very few apps can defeat me. Congratulations on such an achievement!Show lessHandstand Gut
Buggy and difficult
Downloaded this but can’t do anything. It doesn’t recognize my account and now I opened a map that I can’t close…will have to delete, too bad! I like having my tickets and maps on my phone but this is impossible!morriesgirl
