Avoid! Fraudulent bookings
The system will change your reservation time once you book. I contacted the company within the minute of their mistake and am told they are unable to cancel or change the time to the slot you actually agreed to. I requested the issue be escalated and investigated as I confirmed my selection before hitting confirm. I’ve never seen customer service or a system response like this one. Despite mixed reviews and our hesitations in using the park and bike service, we had no issues entering the carpark, unlocking bikes and riding the bikes. We returned the bikes and exited carpark about 10mins after our scheduled return time and again, no issues returning bikes or exiting carpark.92837484929
Offer no help to car break in case
Parked at Q-Park Oostpoort in Amsterdam. Without realising the car parking is a crime hot spot, my car was broken into during the night. I asked for a discount or refund of car parking fee and they replied
“ Unfortunately, there is no responsibility of MOBIAN in case of damage to the car during the booking with us. We simply act as a mediatory between you and the parking provider (Q-park). Thus, I am afraid to say that we will not be able to help you with solving the unpleasant situation. ”
