Company does not care about soccer or sports
Hands down the worst product I have ever used in my life. Not sure how with so many great ux/ui designers there are this company decided to take a delouren and go back to the 80’s to build their software. I just don’t get it really. Why would any state organization use this product.

When I was rein to login it was fine until it said check details I clicked next and it wouldn’t go to the next page
Not worth it
App has 1/10 the function. Not worth the money, maybe in another 100 years it will be functional enough for Team Managers and Coaches.
Terrible
Data from the desktop website doesn’t sync to the app. App is super limited. Ridiculous layers of security for an app that organizes a u6 soccer team. The app is just not great.
Complete garbage
This is possibly the worst app ever made. The app doesn’t open half the time. Not user friendly. Spent 2 hours trying to add my husband to our “family” only to somehow become his child. There is no way to change a players photo on the app. Change players photo on actual website but it won’t update it in the app.

Impossible to add second parent correctly.
I am now my husband’s parent in the system. He is a coach. The app will not work on my phone. Had to use a laptop. Cannot subscribe to the calendar to automatically have events added through Google or other Calendar app. Terrible app.
Do not use this for your league!
It just doesn’t work at all. It’s not user friendly whatsoever. Can’t login I had to go on my laptop and that was nightmare too.
Can’t add teams
There is no way to add my teams. The app only allows me to update my profile but can’t see my teams.
Terrible Start
Nothing from the website registration completed to join the league carries to the app. The app is essentially useless since you can’t view any of the league info on the website within the app.
So bad
Forced to switch from team snap and hate this app! Can’t get connected to our team and no support, wasted so much time and frustrated is an understatement. Why did we have to leave Teamsnap?!?
