So, so bad
Any sports parent knows the tedium of a crowded text thread or a million emails. This app makes those things ATTRACTIVE. It’s that bad.
I’ve been trying for a week to change my daughter’s profile photo, but can’t find a way to do it. I don’t even know where that photo is pulling from, because it’s not her GotSport account photo and there’s no Help function in the app. Basic stuff.
It’s confusing to start a chat, the notifications aren’t responsive in real time, and sometimes it duplicates entire chat threads.

Can’t update info on the app. Can’t access messages on the app. What’s the point? I will ask our club to pick a different app.

Awful ! App and desktop are not linked! How stupid. Nothing works in this app.
If I could give 0 stars I would
1. Is it possible to carryover information between the app and the website? TeamSnap allowed this but I can’t find a way to do this on GotSport. Sometimes it is easier to do things on a computer instead of a phone
2. How can I gather availability for a not GotSport sanctioned tournament- I put it under Team Event but availability wasn’t able to be put in so I had to create a game also
3. Can we input information for a location 1 time and it just carryover or automatically fill in? TeamSnap offers this. Every time I logged a game I had to input it- waste of time
4. I appreciate that we can repeat a training but I wish that we could do it when we first enter it and do multiple dates when we first enter it instead of each time- TeamSnap allowed this, again a waste of time. A repeated event has been deleted 4 times.🤬
5. Is there a recommended way for both parents to log in to see the team?
6. How can we add their numbers?

Poor user interface
For the price of the app not worth the money
Horrible App
Will not show all the members in my Teams Chat groups just spin’s forever without displaying anything and it’s not my 1Gbps network. Most of the listed capabilities don’t even work. Away game locations with incorrect addresses.

Can use the website but it is hard to see on the phone browser. Thought the app could be better. The app is somehow worse. Or worse than that, it is completely worthless. Can login but can’t get to anything
App never works
Do not recognize emails. Can never log in
Not consistent
App works great when it works, but then it doesn’t. No explanation why- I log in and out to reset- team info and schedule suddenly disappeared.
