Entering height is now introduced as a step in CKD onboarding. In the Event to response configuration, for each of the events, the Role of the Care Team Member can be assigned. A new question is Included in the Check-in screen to track medication adherence for a patient on a daily basis. Now, Patient Tracker & User Feedback data are available in RAD. Now the Nurse can add their availability in the Profile section for the Hour-to-Hour configuration. The Care Team members can choose from a list of pre-defined responses to send to the patients.

A new feature called APPOINTMENTS is introduced. If enabled List of all upcoming reminders. Reminders for all the upcoming appointments across all the programs . Confirmation notification as soon as the assistant resolves appointment request . Reminders are sent 2 days before your upcoming appointment and will continue to receive one reminder till the day of the appointment. Description of Reya Patient App

You can use the Reya Patient App for SMBG (self monitoring of blood glucose). We automatically set up your sugar reading schedule, based on your doctor’s prescription. Just add your sugars as per the pattern. You will receive a prompt response from the nursing team for any abnormal readings. If needed, nurses will connect you directly to your doctor. You can also use this app to chat with the care team, view your latest prescriptions, and maintain logs of vitals (like weight and blood pressure). This App has been integrated with Apple Health App to fetch Walking + Running distance data.
