Gokada team members and riders are both birds of the same feathers Instagram won't let me rain curses on you guys,vour rider ran away with mv food and i have alreadv paid him off for an express delivery,i contacted your customer care and you lied that he has been blocked from the app which is a total lie. You guys promised rider will refund for the food and
fare fee i paid ,Its been over 3 weeks no refund and customer care is not even responding,i tried calling but you guys blocked my

I tried opening the Gokada app and it keeps closing back even after I updated to the latest versionSimplesmoG

App functionality
My first experience using the app has not been a good one. I have been trying to pick a parcel since but the app function stops at confirm price. Once I click on that, no further prompt. I have added my card, also deposited in my wallet. To think the customer care will respond but no, none on Twitter, Instagram or in app and the mail is out of it. I have deposited 10k, just tell me how to get my money out of there and close the app.Show lessmdbola

I do not recommend this app. It has issues. It charged me before it could even connect to a rider and ended up not getting a rider with my money gone.A_jjj

It’s great to have a working system however as a user I would love to have access to the platform without geolocation restrictions. This could be an enhancement to facilitate the use of the app. Ex. A is in USA, buys product from B and want it’s delivered to C. As a user, I can register on gokada to pick up items from B and deliver to C.
Currently that is not possible because user need to have a Nigerian number. Looking for to the enhancements of this app.Show lessFunmentoh
