  • Driver has vanished with my item (iPhone 8plus)

    Driver went to pick up an item to be delivered to me I called to follow up and he said his bike developed fault on the way. It’s past midnight and I haven’t stop calling this driver no response. It’s the following day it’s almost 10am and drivers number is switched off. I haven’t received my phone and complaint or reaching support or customer care line has be futile. Right now all I need is to receive my parcel. Any help I can get would be highly appreciated

  • Difficulty

    I just downloaded this app but it not connecting am having difficulty to login on the app
  • Getting a rider is hell

    This upgrade is worse than the previous platform, it’s not very user friendly.
    Getting a rider has taken up to an hour, I completely forgot I was looking for a rider.
  • Worst delivery service ever!

    I am never using Gokada again & do not recommend this service to anyone. I had a rider pick up a device to deliver to the mainland. Half way through the journey he decides he is not going and the money was supposedly not worth it. Called him to reason how I can have my stuff returned and he cut the phone. Till date I do not know where the item is! Worse, I bought the same device again the next day & stupidly decided to use Gokada again. After the rider picked up the item, I spoke to him on phone and he mentioned that I should forget the price on the app and asked for ‘something extra’ to complete the trip. Not wanting to lose yet another item, I agreed & paid him an extra 1000. Smh. The app in itself is fine & tapping. But the general service (riders & even reaching customer care) has been nothing short of terrible!!

  • Terrible delivery men

    The service was good when it just started but recently they have a new group of riders who pick orders without viewing delivery location. They will then call the customer and ask which location the package is going to after which most of them cancel the order and claim customer took too long to answer. I have had to report 2 riders, all I got was ‘sorry’ from the customer service, no suggestions of giving you price slash on your next trip like it’s done in civilized countries.

  • Can’t sign in

    I am an existing user and I have been trying for several days to log in to no avail. What’s the point of having the app if I can’t sign in or use it?
  • Your riders will end up ruining your business

    Your riders either refuse to pick N900 deliveries or reject them. What is more frustrating is that you people refuse to respond to customer complaints or do anything about these horrible reviews. It will be very easy to move to a competition when they emerge. I personally can’t wait for that.

    Why did you guys upgrade it
    I’ll put my pick up address and when I press done it will still ask me for pick up address and no matter how many times I put it it’s not even showing !
  • Poor service

    Poor customer service. My order got cancelled and they lied about the reason. I was also not informed when it got cancelled. Ended up using a small logistics business that picked up and delivered abruptly. Their customer service was also better.
  • This app is frustrating

    For me first is the permanent dark mode it’s so annoying that you don’t have the opportunity to switch between light and dark mode. Also the app is not convenient to use at all.
