This app is pathetic. Just ruined a good thing for no reason. The old app was so much more reliable. Good luck getting a rider on this one. It’s a waste of time.

Riders don’t pick request, it keeps showing riders available but no one is accepting pick up. Tried throughout the day, app keep showing available riders but no one confirms. One cannot track riders movement also, no otp code on app, only email. What if I can’t access my email as at the time I booked a rider? Fix up or revert back to the old app.

This new app is not user friendly! I don’t even know what to do next.
1. A hamburger menu should be for high rated users, not a regular Nigerian out here.
2. This is too many requirements for a simple task.
