Good until it’s not

Have played for ages, have bought coin packs several times bc I find the puzzles relaxing but the latest coin hike of boosters just makes it too hard to get success now. Too many of the levels cannot be won without boosters or a lucky (and rare) initial arrangement of tiles. It takes ages to (freely) build up enough coins to try and beat an impossible level. So that’s it, time to delete bc it’s now just frustration rather than relaxation. And it’s just gotten too greedy for money that doesn’t actually help game progress anyway

The daily puzzles are ruined

I never leave reviews on anything but I had to say that the daily levels are ruined. They were something I looked forward to doing every day but now they are really bad. I don’t want the rewards that you get I just want the little plants. Also my bigger issue with it is you need these tokens now? You only get one per 24 hours and if you fail the level you need to pay or watch an ad to get another but you can only watch four ads. It ruins the daily puzzles entirely imo.

Disappointment - can’t progress since last update

I’m so disappointed! I have played this game for a while and I have spent money on the game. Over the last few weeks it’s become impossible! 300 and 350 for moves that used to cost no more than 40!? It’s impossible to earn enough via difficult game play to do a simple shuffle of the board. I also had a problem where the game froze. I had payed to upgrade the zen master. I had over four hours of life’s that I wasn’t able to use. Twice I have contacted support and twice the life’s have not been given. Yes they added the ‘money I had won’ onto the game but no life’s and also no free time on the shuffles etc I had won. I also had collected shells and when I could get back on the game a week later, a new beach had started so I lost the chance to win any further rewards.
Totally pointless and wasted time and money as the game is just unplayable! It’s okay adding things like the ballon chase but you can’t progress on this due to the ridiculous amount of coins it costs to do simple help in the game

Love it but…

I love this game but it’s not relaxing anymore! Everything is expensive and getting more coins is near impossible especially if you’re stuck on the same level for over 2 weeks! I refuse to pay real money for games because it’s not worth it. You can’t even watch an ad for some coin. I had to delete it because I was stuck on level 667 for far too long.

I’ve been playing this game for a WHILE. And they just suddenly raise the prices of of all of the bonus abilities. It’s a big f-you to all the players

Used to be great - Latest update killed it for me (after 2500 levels)

I had a good time playing all the way to level 2571 (Zen Masters a few times too) and found it satisfying and enjoyable. Originally there was a good balance between sophistication of play/challenge and the ability to move up the levels with minimal investment. Some reviewers indicate that as you get closer to the second thousand levels the degree of difficulty outpace your ability to enjoy playing to the degree that many of the goals are next to impossible without spending pretty serious money on buying coins for cheats/assists. But it kind of levels off around 2,000 and I was feeling ok about the amount of money I was spending until this recent update when coin inflation went into turbo drive. Every thing increased by at least a factor of ten in “cost” except for the ways you used to have to earn coins for free by playing well over multiple levels. They give you 2500 coins for “free” with this update but that goes pretty fast with the new prices and the old ways to earn were left pretty much the same so your only choice is to spend real money — and lots of it to keep playing. Time to bail IMHO. Back to Two Dots for me. They get their $$ out of me too but they are fair and keep it to a consistent level.

Great that you don’t have any ads but there’s about 9-15 pop ups that HAS to happen before you can play another round. It’s almost the same time as an ad, which is equally annoying. But a good game and ad free as advertised

hooked but $$$ 🥲

i used to love how inexpensive this was now the price keeps going up & up🥲🥲 … sad to be leaving but the reward verses costs is not worth it anymore
i’m cleaning hooked as have played for a few years. Surprisingly relaxing till it’s not and great to define from a day at work in train ride home especially if your on a roll but i’ve noticed with each update comes a coin cost hike to use boosters or other in game items.
So it costs more to use but you don’t win more coins in levels!!! Effectively forcing you to spend if you want to get anywhere.
general this would make me leave a game…& many i have but i hooked so it just means i stop spending on this game out of principle till i find another. what with similar theme that costs less.
oh and there is no easy access to support when something goes wrong… they clearly have players worked out… sad to be leaving but the reward verses costs is not worth it anymore

Really good but…

I really love this game it’s really satisfying and calming however I’ve been stuck on a level for about 2 weeks. I have no coins or boosters so it’s getting boring. I really advise that you consider giving players a daily bonus it would help improve the game for many people. And please change the colours of the zen rooms to make them brighter. Another thing I’m going to add is that on the daily challenge there’s a timer so you have to be quick. I was doing one but when I pressed play an add came up I wouldn’t complain however the add actually took some of the time i had which I found extremely unfair and annoying please fix this.

Edit: okay so now the prices of the boosters during the games have gone up this is extremely unfair and ridiculous as I’ve been stuck on the same level for about a month now and it’s difficult to get coins on the game you only get 10 for each level so it’s difficult to get your money up it gets extremely repetitive and boring being stuck on the same level because I can’t play really fix things

I hate the fact that the game has a tutorial mode that can’t be turned off. I just want to play the game. I don’t want to be forced to use all these extra features I have no interest in. Quite frankly it makes the game unenjoyable and not worth bothering with
