Used to be great - Latest update killed it for me (after 2500 levels)
I had a good time playing all the way to level 2571 (Zen Masters a few times too) and found it satisfying and enjoyable. Originally there was a good balance between sophistication of play/challenge and the ability to move up the levels with minimal investment. Some reviewers indicate that as you get closer to the second thousand levels the degree of difficulty outpace your ability to enjoy playing to the degree that many of the goals are next to impossible without spending pretty serious money on buying coins for cheats/assists. But it kind of levels off around 2,000 and I was feeling ok about the amount of money I was spending until this recent update when coin inflation went into turbo drive. Every thing increased by at least a factor of ten in “cost” except for the ways you used to have to earn coins for free by playing well over multiple levels. They give you 2500 coins for “free” with this update but that goes pretty fast with the new prices and the old ways to earn were left pretty much the same so your only choice is to spend real money — and lots of it to keep playing. Time to bail IMHO. Back to Two Dots for me. They get their $$ out of me too but they are fair and keep it to a consistent level.Show lessTazz314159

Well, I don’t wanna be like I would give this zero stars if i could lol. Honestly it’s a great game and I’m not gonna lie about it. I tried others similar to this and i don’t know why I keep liking this. I am also very proud to say I played this game and never spent a single cent on it. Now I’m at level 1034. But it’s sad that I have to delete it for now and hope i download it again and some things change. I like the game being hard but u guys be doing too much. The wait time for a heart is crazy (30 mins bruhhhh) which is my main issue. Cuz they just get used up in one level and u can’t even win. Then the cycle continues for days probably even months. The coins for the thingies that help you are also quite high but I kinda survived with that by saving my coins. Please don’t tell me go to our website for tricks cuz u guys say the same thing which I believe everyone already does(technically like a beginner guide to playing the game). I doubt I’ve ever written a review on a game but like I said, maybe in the next months or years to come, I might download it and login again. That is if it doesn’t reset. If it does then I want to thank u developers for this game and keeping me busy.Show lessMmm 🙏🏻

EDIT: once you hit level 400 it is impossible to play without constantly buying extra lives. I understand making the levels more challenging, but it sometimes feels like random levels that aren’t even labeled as hard/super hard are actually impossible. I’m not convinced that they don’t randomly generate un-playable levels just for you to lose lives and then spend money on more. I had a feeling there would be a catch, the game seemed too good to be true.

This is such a good game. The matching is just challenging enough where it feels like an accomplishment but isn’t impossible. It doesn’t get harder with each level, sometimes it’s easier and sometimes it’s difficult which I enjoy. I love love love that there are no ads! And I don’t feel the need to spend money, although it is an option if you want. The only thing I find annoying is after each Completed level the animated pop ups showing your points and rewards can be really slow. I love the game so much I just want to keep going! It would be nice to be able to tap through the animations as an option for those of us who are impatient 😅 I finally found a game that I think I’ll be playing for a long time!Show less@lucia99
