App Crashes

I have a iPhone 12 max with the latest IOS. App crashes when I click on play after downloading the purchased map. Tried customer support with no help.

App Doesn’t Even Open

Bought the app for the Road to Hana tour we were supposed to do tomorrow and it won’t even open. Thing just crashes immediately after we purchased the full Hana tape. We hit play and boom app closes out with no help. Useless!

Great audio, needs better map

The audio was very informative, and was great that the audio was automatic, but the map was where the audio started and not where the actual stop was located making it difficult to use this app to navigate the road.

Thanks so much! I’m so glad you enjoyed the tour. We do place the pins slightly before the site so that you can start hearing about it before you’re on top of it. Will think about what we can do to indicate the exact spot though. Thanks again!

Nice details!

Enjoyed this tour. And the fact that it would just pick up as you were driving along the road. My one tip to the narrator is to stop telling you to keep “driving straight”. As the road is incredibly curvy! So giving different directions or just saying follow the highway would be much more accurate! LOL. There could be more variety in between beginnings and ends as well. But the detours were all worth it and the details were great!

Would love a route that did full loop, too!

Haha, good point! “Continue forward” would be more fitting! We’ll definitely include these changes in the update. And I’m thrilled that you enjoyed the detours — they’re my favorite parts too!

Incredible addition to an unbelievable drive around Maui

I was not expecting much from this but was beyond impressed with the information shared throughout this app. We were on the road for a total of 13 hours driving around Maui. We had two cars (one person with the app in each car), and 10 people total (including kids). I have native Hawaiian lineage and learned a ton listening to the information in the app. I appreciated the stop suggestions but even more loved the Hawaiian history shared. This was an incredible value. We all agree that we would’ve paid 3x what we did for how wonderful this app was.

Road to Hana App Tour

The app worked great and was very informative. I went on a guided tour a few years ago on the Road to Hana and the app was better than the live tour if you are OK with the drive.

Personal audio tour guide

This was a great buy for us! We started driving at Road to Hana around 10:30am and came back our place at Kihei at 8:30pm. This audio guide works perfectly with the GPS and give us really interesting short but great info for each upcoming attraction so we can decide if we do it and really interesting history about Maui and Hawaii. We as a whole family really enjoyed very much the guide. There were so much to see and explore and we did not make to Hana and had to turn back while we are 8 miles away at around 6:30pm as sky is getting dark. On our way back, we finished listening the remaining missing trip which was a plus. We learned there are still a couple of really interesting sites such as lava tube we have not explored. We will definitely come back again to finish the rest of trip. Highly recommended for anyone who is doing a Road to Hana tour on their own.

Worked like a dream

The App worked great and enhanced our experience along the Road. Our whole family (11-50 years of age) enjoyed the narration.

I think the only thing that would be better is to have some additional narration for the return trip, maybe introduce some regional music.

Works nicely

I have been burnt in the past with these types of new technologies. I did not want to spend a lot and retake the risk. This tour showed me a demo; it was reasonable $8, it worked fine; then I bought it.

Every penny was worth it. This is a once or twice a lifetime trip. I feel that we got the most of it. I am sure that we did not miss anything and all stories were beautifully said. Fantastic.

GPS was the magic. We set it and forgot it. It kept playing as we drove.
