Make app better!!! Update it please!!!!
Please make app better and troubleshoot device and fix connection issues instead of just giving me a telephone number to call that no one answers half the time. It is not impossible to do because other internet providers let you do more from there app than you let me do from this app. Yall just created basic app with limited features and options. Do better and go update this app please!!!!!!!Worst internet and service ever
I switched from my current provider because the guy came and to my door saying how good the service is and how I would get 2gigs up to 2000 upload and download for the same price I was paying for the 1gig 1000up & downloads I work 2 jobs from home and when trying to connect to the vpn the downloads is only 400 and uploads 0.28 I called tech support I been sitting since 9am to speak with someone is now 12:45pm then after so long is says no one is avail and hangs up!!!!! Please whatever you do! Don’t waste your $$$ with this company! Because customer service is just as worst as the service!WiFi or Ethernet?
A good idea, poorly executed. I’m not against the idea of a user interface to monitor a network and to make changes easier, but this app is far to restrictive. It offers no way to access or manipulate the router’s radio bands. They cannot be turned off and on, and there is no way to control individual channels. The reports it provides often mistakenly identify WiFi device connections as being Ethernet connections, even on devices that are not Ethernet capable. There is also no way at all to control the Ethernet ports. I’m sure it has other shortcomings that I haven’t noticed yet. The frosting on this unbaked cake is that Fidium also locks you out of the actual router’s administrative control functions, leaving the Attune app or the help desk as your only option.
