Make app better!!! Update it please!!!!
Please make app better and troubleshoot device and fix connection issues instead of just giving me a telephone number to call that no one answers half the time. It is not impossible to do because other internet providers let you do more from there app than you let me do from this app. Yall just created basic app with limited features and options. Do better and go update this app please!!!!!!!

Worst internet and service ever
I switched from my current provider because the guy came and to my door saying how good the service is and how I would get 2gigs up to 2000 upload and download for the same price I was paying for the 1gig 1000up & downloads I work 2 jobs from home and when trying to connect to the vpn the downloads is only 400 and uploads 0.28 I called tech support I been sitting since 9am to speak with someone is now 12:45pm then after so long is says no one is avail and hangs up!!!!! Please whatever you do! Don’t waste your $$$ with this company! Because customer service is just as worst as the service!

WiFi or Ethernet?
A good idea, poorly executed. I’m not against the idea of a user interface to monitor a network and to make changes easier, but this app is far to restrictive. It offers no way to access or manipulate the router’s radio bands. They cannot be turned off and on, and there is no way to control individual channels. The reports it provides often mistakenly identify WiFi device connections as being Ethernet connections, even on devices that are not Ethernet capable. There is also no way at all to control the Ethernet ports. I’m sure it has other shortcomings that I haven’t noticed yet. The frosting on this unbaked cake is that Fidium also locks you out of the actual router’s administrative control functions, leaving the Attune app or the help desk as your only option.

App is garbage, no restart router from app option
I want to love this, but the app makes it difficult.
I have the 2 gig download plan and even through a wired connection I sometimes get less than 25 Mbps download.
I want to restart my router from the app, which I could do before switching to fidium, but there is no restart router option in the app!?
It’s one of the simplest things that I never had a problem with before.
There’s so much that needs work in this app.
The “pod finder” doesn’t find donkey deeck.
My signal is always weak I don’t know how.
Just plain horrible first time experience.

Great app but weird glitch
There is a weird glitch in the app and on the website where it keeps making you cancel the internet bill many times it’s very frustrating. Overall very great app though. Is it possible to limit how many times you can cancel the bill a month because I feel like this is only happening to me
False test results
The app offers decent controls and functions OK for most things. That said, I pay for 2 gig so if the service is lagging and a page won’t load then I run the speed test in the app. Guess what it always says, YUP! That I’m getting 2 Gigs up and down. When I run a speed test using another speed testing app, it shows my speeds are much slower. I have noticed the Fidium trucks in my area hooking up service, so I know there must me some interruptions here and there, but the app always assures me I’m getting max speeds. I can understand intermittent service interruptions for installations and maintenance, but don’t lie about it!

Fidium, your job is providing internet nothing more
Why is my internet traffic defaulting through your servers to be filtered for "malicious content" by default? This needs to be an opt in event. There are a lot of issues with the new app design. It is confusing and important at-a-glance info like device usage by day is missing, info easily found in the old app.
The app experience is so bad I am considering getting my own router with standard IP login and be done with this weird combo.

Good app but would like payment account options
Very frustrating to only allow payment methods accessible on the web. Would like this app more if I could pay in it
Apparent bugs and unwieldy UI make this less than ideal
There’s a fair bit of stuff you can do with this app, but getting there is not always easy. What really irritates me is that when I try to set up port forwarding, the “Open a Port” button doesn’t do anything. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or something only a service rep can do, but some of Fidium’s quirks are extremely frustrating, and hitting a dead end that customer service can’t fix only makes matters worse.

Worthless
For months now I have had signal strength and connectivity issues. Not to mention their app has been down as well. I can’t reset my Wi-Fi password or anything in general with my account interface. Incredibly frustrating that they have the audacity to charge $90 a month for horrible customer service, constant connection issues and now a worthless app.
