Looks good and relatively user friendly but
Really only provides superficial admin insight and capabilities. This app is clearly geared towards nontechnical consumers and does not provide tech savvy users with all of the info and capabilities that a fiber connection router should offer. The fact that it doesn’t support iOS face ID is also indicative of the level of application development/polish (or lack thereof).

Fast but drops off for periods of time
Happy with the speed but I am experiencing drop outs that range from seconds to minutes. Also static problems with VOIP. Only 1 week since I got service so we’ll see how well CCI addresses these issues. I have a ticket in for service.

Inconsistent connectivity on tv
Internet connectivity on my Samsung TV is terrible.

Can’t open app without an account. Wants account number and PIN even to sign up for an account.
