Unable to set up port forwarding
The app works, but I’m unable to set up port forwarding because the app does not allow a hyphen to be typed on the port forwarding setup screen.
Game changer
I moved to owls head Maine a year and a half ago and struggled making phone calls and using the Internet during this time. I was constantly having to move my computer and phones around to try to get reception. The Fidium high speed Internet is not only fast but faster than the Internet in my office in South Louisiana. Extremely happy with the new service.

This app is really bad
You have to use the wifi that comes wthe device in order for this app to work. How stupid is that? I have my own wifi and multiple access points through out my house and I don’t want to use their Wifi so this app is useless.

Way to much security for people that aren’t computer literate. Voice mail was set up on my phone without my knowledge and never explained to me how to work it. I just wanted my ans.machine and when I attempted to shut it off I lost all ph. service. Internet great ph. service not so. Moe Dwyer.

Keep having to turn off modem and turn back on to get my net back working

We are constantly having to reboot, having troubles logging in and not seeing the expected improvement in speed and performance.

We’ve had Fidium for 3-4 weeks and not a glitch. Previous service was constantly interrupted or nonexistent. So far a real pleasure; strong and consistent signal.

I used to have Comcast the service was way better.And more reliable I’ve had their service for a month and I have already lost connection for a whole day waste of money I do not recommend to anybody
