Pointless booking a taxi on the app for a certain
Despite booking on the app, the taxi arrived 20mins late, so I missed the train I needed into London. Then had to run the underground gauntlet across to Euston but still missed the onward train. £70 down the drain!
Always on time. Always friendly.
Not much more you want in a taxi company!

Okay when it works
The app is good but very frequently it does not work. The staff say they switch it off when they don’t have many drivers but there must be a better way than switching it off. Otherwise the service becomes hit or miss.

rushmoor are the only taxi firm i will use, never had a problem booking through the app or via phone - if anything i’ve overslept and missed my taxi and numerous calls from them i’m the problem 😂

i’ve become a very regular passenger over the year i’ve worked at my place of employment and most know me by name and it gives you the personable feel rather than just jumping in a cab - i get asked how my children are, how my jobs going and i can’t fault a single member of staff from the switch operators to the actual cab drivers!!

Bad taxi
It 12 am and me want taxi and say no driver very bad now have to walk 15 minutes home absolutely fuming I will certainly not be able to sleep tonight due to the massive inconvenience of having to walk 👎🏻
