App Crashes
I download the App to my IPhone 12. It asks me to pick a team. I chose Orioles and then it crashes and closes itself out. When I tried to bring it back up it opens then closes. Deleted it from my phone. No use for a app that doesn’t open!

Greedy greedy MASN refuses to spend real money and try to make things work. Bring your channel to other services so we don’t have to rely on your crap app. So sad. And if you have it up don’t close it during the game because it will just continually crash as you try to get back in.
Terrible app
I actually have a cable login for the app but the app crashes every time I click on it. No one has cable anymore but I actually have a cable login and I cannot use the app because it crashes every time! Ridiculous!
Terrible app
Just downloaded the app and it’s really terrible. First off you can’t watch games on Xfinity which about half the people in the area use. Second it crashes every time you touch the Nationals. So pretty much it’s a completely useless app.
Battery killer!
This app is an absolute battery killer. I thought there was something wrong with my iPad because the battery routinely drains down to only 10 percent well before the end of the game! But I don’t have that problem watching games streamed on MLB TV or when streaming anything else over a long period of time. In addition, the lag behind live action is often as much as 5 minutes. Y’all need to put some serious work into fixing this app.

Cord cutter Out of Luck
We don’t have cable, only some streaming services. Looks like MASN is still using outdated policies & practices. You need a cable subscription to watch the Orioles. Oh well, that’s their loss. I’ll find a new team.
Bad app and can’t even stream
First of all, the app crashes within a few seconds of opening. You can’t even stream the games without having cable, which hardly anyone does nowadays. MASN as a whole is causing me and many other nationals fans to turn to illegal streaming websites to watch games. I wish I could support the Nats, but MASN makes that extremely difficult. I hope the Nats front office soon parts ways with this terrible company.

Hire an app developer, please. Last week, I was able to stream live games, now I can’t, on either my iPhone or my Apple TV. It’s not enough to be able to do it once— an app has to keep working for it to be worthwhile. A competent app developer could easily fix this issue so it would would like…. Well, like basically every other app out there. Please, do better.

Worst sports streaming app
This app started out being merely poorly designed, never opening in landscape mode like other apps, forcing users to authenticate each time they open the app and forcing you to guess which of their two live channels the game you wanted to see is on. Today MASN has just decided to not even streaming their programs; the app is only showing nonstop commercials. It reflects the attitude of MASN majority owner Peter Angelos, who as owner of the Baltimore Orioles keeps shafting the Nationals TV broadcasts (often relegating them to MASN 2 for no apparent reason) even though the Nationals consistently get better ratings. My advice: Don’t get the app. Buy the network. Almost anyone could run it better than these jokers.
