Reviews of Community Transit DART

Why?

Mistake 1. You need to call a phone number to set up an account.
Mistake 2: Why does one need an account to look up route and time information?

Bad customer experience

I want to have an app to check a schedule and status of buses. This app should be it. But my interaction with the app ended on the sign up screen. Instead of signing up, I see the message: “Community transit DART requires you to call to setup an account”. That’s it. Even if I want to call, there is no phone number where to call. It’s 2023, not 1993.
