  • No digital payment available

I recently lost my orca card. It’s taken 8 days for the card to even be shipped—in which time I’ve had to explain to every bus driver that I have a pass and show my digital card. One bus driver didn’t even seem to know what a regional pass is and told me to tap my phone but I couldn’t…Not having a tap to pay with Apple wallet seems like a huge missed opportunity—especially with how long it takes a card to be sent by mail, the frequency that people lose their cards, and the ease of having a tap pay by phone instead of having to carry a physical card. Account management is good but the execution of payments is not there.

  • Orca Card

Very helpful :) I can add money to my Orca card or buy passes with no problem. Very happy with this app. Thank you. I won’t have to go to the transfer station to add money anymore. I will never have to worry about transportation again. I love that I can do this on my phone. Saves me a trip.
  • Time to axe it...

And just do open payment for Seattle area transit. Fails repeatedly to do autoloass on correct payment method when you have more than one saved. Along with littany of other problems it has, it's time to just junk it. Why create yet another barrier to transit usage. If you want farebox recovery those joke of a link station ticket machines and this app aren't the answer.
