Reddit bwf rec routine
Great for following the reddit bwf routine. A bit unpolished. Some exercises are missing titles and images. Would be nice to be able to add weighted progressions.GREAT APP
Vet easy to track my progress and stay consistent I love it so much. Thanks for the great app!
Great app based on the Reddit RR. Best I’ve used and better than loads of paid app out thereAbsolutely Amazing.
I love this app, it keeps me consistent and I just its nonintrusive and easy to use. For the first time in ten years I’m being consistent with my calisthenics routine :)Developer Response
Hello, Héctor We recently updated the app with a fix for saving progressions. Could you please update to the latest version and check if the issue of reseting progressions resolved for you?Fantastic
Perfect former, thanks for making thisFuture features?
Clutter free and works well, keeps you on track and love the progressions selector.
Wish we could have the ability to rotate pair orders, like ABC, BCA, CAB so that we are at fullest strength during different exercises throughout the week or month.
Charting or graph feature and condensing the history page so that it fits neatly into one screenshot for sharing would be nice too!
Thanks for the app!Show lessRevitalising 🙌 Thanks reddit
Those not privy to the r/BodyweightFitness subreddit might be downloading this as yet another app to try out, expecting to delete it when asked to subscribe to some exorbitant monthly fee. And what luck for doing so. This app has an entire community behind it, with well thought through exercises, a workout timer that actually works, guidance videos, and form cues. All for free. No subs. All features included.
The idea is simple, the workouts are simple and I don’t feel broken for days afterwards making me hate the ‘need’ to go to the gym.
By the time you get a few workouts in and start to see the progression to more demanding exercise variations you’ll be addicted. Literally just 3 sets of 8 reps of six exercises, in clean and controlled pairs.
I now actively make time to fit in a mere three 60 minute workouts per week. And those include the bonus core triplets!
Bravo reddit. Bravo.Show lessgreat free app
this is a great app to follow the recommended routine. only suggestion would be a way to edit past workouts or previous sets. a couple times i’ve accidentally entered the wrong number of reps and i can’t find a way to alter that after it’s been selected.
overall great app thoughPerfect for the Recommended Routine
I found this based on the r/bodyweightfitness group on Reddit. I love how the app displays progression choices from one exercise to the next. Descriptions and embedded YouTube videos are super helpful. Does everything I want it to do.warm up update
thank you for adding the warmup update!!!!
