Inaccurate and incomplete info
A “map” of the tram route is provided, but it does not indicate the direction the trams move (they only go one way and make a strange loop, so a stop can look like it’s the next one but actually be 30 minutes away). The app has little green moving tram cars to indicate where the trams are, but the trams are always actually 1-2 stops ahead of where the app says they are, so if you’re planning on heading out to the stop when the tram nears, you will always miss it. I can’t buy tickets
They should fix this problem. I tried to buy tickets and my card was declined as well as others I used to buy ticketsLupe276
Poor scheduling
Does not provide intuitive route selection for trip planning purposes.
Route maps are not integrated for trip planning.
Unable to view relevant routes without loading the all entire city route maps.
Bus stops are not shown on route maps. Google maps, Apple Maps, Microsoft Maps all show bus stops. Sun metro maps fall short.
Does not allow saving specific trips that are used regularly.
Cannot delete or manage search history items without completely removing and reinstalling the app. Website doesn’t allow history management.
A disappointing app overall.
It is understandable why El Paso residents are not so inclined to embrace the use public transportation.
Very low quality bus schedule system in comparison to most other US metro locations.
Customer service is not helpful, sometimes rude.
