Many people like myself have important things to go to like work and school. If the app says I will be picked up in 30 minutes, that’s when I should be picked up, not an hour. Great to get around, too bad there’s never any cars in service when you need them, waited 2 hours now to get a ride, had to cancel my doctors appointment that I’ve been waiting to get to for 3 weeks!!!!YoutubeLLCSTINKS
Reliable convenience
What a great way to get around when you don’t have a car rented, or even when you do. Never have a parking issue. Such reasonable rates, friendly, drivers, nice and comfortable vehicles and very reasonable wait times. The app also shows you where you are, where your driver is and update you on when they are arriving. I highly recommend this to everyone.Show lessPICOBOY BIRDY

Getting worse by the day
Should not be this hard to get a ride in the morning. Also should not be told to try again later should have the option to be put on a list for next available ride. Really disappointedjkjkkkkjjyyyy

Atwater neighborhoods need on demands too and we are still northport yet you guys with go up at water yet wont drop off or pick up in the right side neighborhoods its so stupid we are in northport why cant you just add those neighborhoods?? Also the app almost never has availability it will take you a bunch of times of restarting the app and trying to get a ride yesterday i was trying to get a ride for an HOUR and never got even 1 this app is absolutely ridiculous also mind you i was trying to get a ride from 3:00 to 4:20!!!Show lessAnonymous262781
The messed up
Have been many day now that I try to get my ride to go to work but I can’t get any! The funny thing is I can book another place to my house but I can’t get any from my house to go somewhere take so long but still can’t find anything.FERNNA4
Needs improvement
Should be able to have a queue for when you need a ride, instead of just being told there’s a high demand try again in a few mins. Also gps routing is not that great and times of pickup are always off. Should be able to put in a time for pickup and such for people that work and get off at certain timesShow lessWhen it works it is nice
At least 50% of the time there is no driver available. I would never use this for any scheduled appointment or activity that I needed to be on time. I start scheduling rides 60- 90 minutes in advance. Englewood riderDemerdiver
