This is my first time using the OnDemand app to request a ride, I requested the ride around 5:50pm it arrived in a timely manner, I’m very impressed with the driver and the service SCAT provides to riders.Ladycleaning1$

I use SCAT about once a week.
Each driver, bar none, has greeted me with a genuine warm smile and a pleasant disposition.
I am eternally grateful that this service is available.

Handy, but not always reliable
When the service works, it works great. However, there have been instances (either due to riders being overbooked or issues with the system itself) where I wasn’t able to get a ride or had to wait upwards of half an hour for someone to come pick me up.IdeyaMaster
Worst App Yet
Honestly, I wish this never existed. I have been trying to get a ride to work and it never leaves where it shows you where they drop you off. This is a waste of time and a waste of money. I would never recommend this to anyone.PeterPan's Lost Girl

Bad app
Every time I get on the app and try to order an on demand it says seats are currently filled come back in a couple minutes and I come back five minutes later and it still doesn’t work and it takes up to an hour or two for me to get it on demand on demand fix thisaloe🌱
