Not trustworthy and fishy
I am a user of a lot of casino apps and I decided to give gun lake casino a try when I signed up it won’t let me use my account it says they froze it and I did not do anything wrong and I messaged them and never heard back if they are going to freeze someone’s account I think they could at least give a response as to why they did that to me I wanted to try out a app and I guess I will just stick to the apps that are trustworthy

Great Casino
I was given 100 free spins. Won couple 100. After reaching the required play for bonus wins I continued to play for hours. Won a bit! Very pleased with win ratio makes it fun! When you never win like on other sites I don’t waste my time! Great selection of games too!
Enjoyable
I have been playing now for a couple of months. I don’t play big bets, so don’t win big money, but it’s fun and relaxing. And every once in a while the tables turn and my bank fills up a bit to keep me playing a little longer. Love all the new games.
Terrible sign up bonus
The sign up bonus doesn’t compare to draft kings or FanDuel. Draft kings and FanDuel both gave me $100 upon sign up with a 1 time play through just for simply signing up. The deposit match is deceiving and you are not likely to do anything but lose the money you deposit. Have been using draft kings and FanDuel ever since getting their sign up bonus. Good luck retaining customers with the terrible “sign up promotion”. Mgm and bar stool have better sign up offers and that’s saying something……

If you want your money the exact way you gave it don’t bother
This app is an really good app great winnings. But when it’s time to get the money you will such an hard time. I really don’t like the fact each time it changes when you speak to an live operator. Like I placed the bets now where’s the check? I’m not thrilled with this place as far as getting my money but great better chances at winning but hard chance at getting your money.

Great interface and app
I’ve been visiting Gun Lake for years so I’m glad they finally launched online. Love the fluidity and interface of the app. Also has some games that aren’t available on other apps.

Has potential to be great. I did win a good amount considering I was gave a better chance at winning due to the great bonus deposit offer. 150%.
Although the games are unrecognizable from traditional casino games, they actually grew on me, and I enjoyed them. One thing I don’t like is the payment withdrawal system. I tried to withdraw my money and it was telling me about a play plus account which I have no idea about. I would rather you just find a system to pay me how I paid you. (Back to my card). This leaves to much time for temptation to just cancel the withdrawal and gamble more. When I want to quit, it would be nice to just be able to cash out. And receive winnings. Idk if this is a strategy, but it sure got me. Oh well. Anyways. Reputation is everything.

Boring
I wish I had done some research before depositing money to play. I think they have designed their own games, and while that’s ok, it’s every single one. They don’t have ANY of the slots that the other sites do. People have their favorite ones, and I was looking forward to that. Nope, it’s all their own. It probably wouldn’t be so bad, but every slot is basically the same one, just different symbols. That gets old, fast, and super boring after you’ve played for awhile. I ended up withdrawing all my money today, so let’s see how fast they get it back to me. Oh, and beware the promotions, especially the slots. You have to play through 10x your deposit to withdraw any winnings. So if you deposit $250, you have to play through $2500 before you can get it. At least they had the option to cancel it before completion. I am so disappointed because Gun Lake is one of my favorite casinos.

Needs bug fixes
Easy to use and play. However most of the links dont work. I am unable to withdraw money. Took days to get the email verification. I got told by the customer service personnel it was due to having yahoo as an email account. I was really looking forward to be a regular user, but until I can withdraw my money, I doubt I will use this again.
