I would use this app more it actually is by far my favorite though there are no incentive or bonus or rewards at least not frequently
They have NO problem taking your money, but they sure have a problem giving it to you, when you win!
I have had problem after problem with this gambling app in regards to withdrawals. If you win and make a withdrawal be prepared to wait 3 days before you get it, and if you do get it within 3 days don’t get used to it because they are the WORST at paying you when you win, but the BEST at accepting money when you make a deposit. Oh and their customer service reps are unprofessional robots, and are extremely judgmental. I never leave reviews on anything but this… I had to put it out there. It’s completely substandard and frustrating 🤬

Entertaining
This is my first experience in online playing. I think the games are fun. Maybe the option to listen to music instead of the game sounds, would be appealing. Winning seems to be quite random, so it seems fair. The app does crash once in a while, that could be worked on. It is frustrating when you're in the middle of things and the app crashes, and you feel like the game was about to get hot….

Scam - won’t let you withdraw money
I’ve never written a review on an app before but this made me so angry I had to.
First of all the app itself has major bug issues, took me several days to make the account in the first place.
But that aside, the promotions are a complete scam. I put money in to bet on sports and when I saw that there was a 50% match bonus I took it. Unfortunately that was only for the casino. There was a 5x wager requirement ON MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT + bonus, there was no button to opt out of the promotion and I was unable to withdraw even the funds that I put in originally before the bonus. I literally thought this would be illegal or something. I contacted support but they were no help.

There couldn’t be a bigger piece of junk casino app. Never got to use sign up bonus because I could never log in. Customer service another joke. Can’t sign in now to use my imaginary birthday bonus.
If you deposit money you may never be able to play. It glitches. It freezes. It won’t let you log in. It will tell you to contact customer service and they will inform you they can’t help.
So yeah it’s stimulating entertainment but not the kind you want

Good luck getting your money
I really enjoyed the games on this casino at first. I even had two successful withdrawals but on the third withdrawal I won a larger amount. Withdrawal gets approved, no money. Ask customer service and they say I’ll have it within 8 hours. No money. Ask them again and they say they’ll contact payments. Turns out, they never contacted payments. Ask them again and their customer service rep accuses me of lying about my conversation. 24 hours still no contact from payments. It’s now going on day six of my withdrawal request and I’ve received neither money nor follow up from their “customer service” department. At this point I have no confidence that I’ll ever get the money they owe me. Let this be a warning to those who potentially win anything over $1.50. You’re welcome

Sign up bonus is incredible. Live updates of current bonus so you’re always know how you’re sitting. App is one of the worst. Does not save password on iPhone and logs you out if you’re away from the app for even a few seconds. Very frustrating when you’re trying to research and put in bets, shouldn’t need two screens

Customer service talked down to me for an hour-plus. Told me the problem was fixed and that they never messed anything up and that it was all my fault and that it was good to go.
Skip ahead 24 hours, the exact problems I foresaw happening happened, and they were unable to help anyone as the booster promotion they promoted fell on its face as nobody was able to use it. Delete the app and move on.

Solid
I’ve played almost all of the available casino apps available in Michigan and this has to be my favorite by far. There are a few known games but what I love are the games that are exclusive to this app. At first I was unsure about the app and games but they have since grew on me. The interface is simple and by far the easiest and most user friendly for payment functionality. The only thing I would say I have any issues with is that the games will hit good at times but never hit at other times but it’s a casino so what can I expect. I would love to see more mainstream games that most of the other casino apps have such as 5 treasures, 88 fortunes, etc but for what it includes right now there is plenty of variety.

Worst casino of the bunch available in Michigan. Made an account after my spouse made one, and within a week after creating my account and requesting additional information for my account, which I provided, they closed my account and accused me of creating a duplicate account even though I provided all the requested information and refused to give back the deposit amount I provided. Worst casino I’ve dealt with, and would tell anyone to take your money elsewhere.
