Confused
I received two separate small casino bonuses. Neither of which I was able to use as the app could not verify my location. I never used the bonus nor withdrew any money. I just received an email that said due to me not using my bonuses in good faith I was suspended for 6 months. I never used this app and now never will.

Looking for a casino where you lose 9/10 then you have found the right app! Expect to blow through hundreds in minutes. Zero after zero after zero. Bonuses are a joke also. Lose hundreds trying to get them and then if you do get one expect to not win a spin with your bonus funds. The playthrough rate I’ve had over hundreds of bonuses is less than 10%.

These thief’s write fake checks with your name and personal information then deposit it for cash. I’ve never written a check to them and they’ve done it twice! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUD CASINO !!!
Worst UI I’ve ever experienced
The UI has always been clunky, but about two months ago it became non-functional. The only way to place a bet is on PC, as the mobile app constantly has geolocation errors. After contacting support, they told me they’re aware of the issue and working on a resolution. This is not a new problem.
I recommend Soaring Eagles sportsbook instead. All of the lines are the same and you won’t have all of the problems this book has.

Significant Issues
This book would be 5* if it weren’t for the massive issues it faces with geolocation consistency. I’m constantly logging in and being verified, only to have bet placement fail because it’s not locating properly. I’ve done troubleshooting on my end, but no fix, and support is absolutely useless.
Their solution? Just keep logging out and back in again until it works.
