New update made app useless
The app doesn’t work at all now. The search feature brings up zero results no matter what I search for. Even the featured facilities display no details about the facilities or related activities at those facilities, when clicked on them. Get it together LA Parks tech team, please. This makes it harder for parents in LA to navigate the already bureaucratic mess that is Parks and Rec.

Hard to use
Poor using experience.
No data is collected
This app can book classes and rsvp for events. You can even pay through the app. The best app of the app is that no data is collected. It truly is a free app

It’s very easy and user friendly
Terrible app
With every update I see I’d love for this app to be usable but it’s the most terrible experience that you can design. The app is slow, login never saves and you’re always logged out, the favorites never work, the payment system is a disaster. I just done understand why a simple court booking experience can be made soooo hard.

Good idea, doesn’t work
The database seems poorly updated. Searching for volleyball within 20 miles of me came up with nothing. I thought that can’t be right so I filtered for tennis courts within 1 mile, knowing that I have public courts on my street, and nothing came up.
Also the app has my address, so why when I go to the find facilities tab, does the app feature facilities that are like 20 miles away?
There’s also issue with filtering, if you filter adult activities it includes youth sports that range up to 18yrs.
It’s quite nicely designed and easy to navigate, but it’s only the start of what could be something great.

App is terrible.
I appreciate the county creating an app but it’s a shade above useless.
Reservation system is ridiculous.
1. Doesn’t retain “favorites” for locations you like even though there are settings to designate and list.
2. Even though sign into the app when you add a reservation to your cart it asks you to sign in again. Then it says you’re already signed in and asks if you want to cancel the previous session.
3. No auto fill or remember card for payment.
4. Text and don’t overlaps so it’s hard to read.
5. Overall very sloppy and not user friendly.

Loads forever
Haven’t had issues til now. It takes forever loading. When you click on location , use my location, and then within 5 miles, the circle loading icon appears and just goes in circles for a long time until
I have to exit app.

I wonder when this app will become functional! It's impossible to use - login is never saved, app not loading any tennis courts - it's a shame to have such an app.

Unable to book tennis courts - please fix!
It’s next-to-impossible to book a tennis court using this app because of the constant glitches. The way it always times out makes the process ten times worse than it needs to be. Please fix this broken app soon - it should not be this much of a headache to simply book a tennis court.
