Terrible - the worst
Probably the worst app I’ve ever used. Their app and web site never work right. Try to login and the app just hangs (all the time!). Try to go on site and it tries to load and then just fails. Their tech team needs some serious work. It’s scary that this is where my retirement fund is. Due to technical issues, I can’t even check my balance.One big glitch
The app never lets you log in except for once in a blue moon. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother downloading. Huge disappointment. My Trowe price app is way better.Home Screen Only
Won’t fully open. Shows home screen under the “please wait “ message. You can see your balance but that’s it. You can’t get any further.Awful app

Nothing works well on this app. Sometimes screens appear and sometimes they don’t. Buttons don’t respond. There is very little in terms of functionality and information on the app. Really terrible and I am now really disappointed I moved from TIAA which has a far superior app in terms of functionality and types of information available. I’m trusting MOA with my money but this app gives me pause. Fix it quick!!!!Embarrassing

This company is redicious with and without the app they get no stars from me I call to check the status of my withdrawal from my account these people had me on hold for 1hr and 15mins for 2day I have not ever experienced any like this so I hung up these are poor reps period I wouldn’t recommend any employer to use this company very poor customer service they give you a hard time to get your own money 6and more months waiting period they treat your money as if it’s theirs never have I ever experienced this type of treat ment they need to be replaced and reported trouble the worst everBusted app
App doesn’t work. After attempts to login to my employer sponsored plan, the app just stays on the login screen. Doesn’t let u see your account or anything. Had to uninstall just to retry. Closing the app out doesn’t do anything to help.Doesn’t work
