First rental perfect

Just completed our first rental. I have to say, the RVSHARE app and documents made it very easy. And truly, meeting our renters was a pure delight. My wife and I talked with them at the orientation send off and again upon return. We all hugged. A perfect rental experience.

I think it’d really be great if you could somehow check out that possible renters because my last one was 100% awful he appear normal but he did so much damage and love such a bad review that we haven’t gotten any new renters not like we’re in a hurry to get more because of what he did to our motorhome but if you could screen them better or screen them that would be fabulous.

Beware!!! Zero accountability

Researched RVs for weeks and finally found one that met our budget and size that would respond(more on that in a minute). Reserved the RV, spoke to the owner, all was good and our reservation was confirmed. One week before our departure, our reservation was cancelled with no explanation and no response. Yes, we were refunded for the rental, but lost a week’s worth of reservations at camp grounds. So, not only was our spring break ruined, I still had to pay for RV park rentals. Beware of this site, as they protect the owners, but expect the renters to take all of the risk. Just book hotels and save your money and headache.

I.D. Verification is Broken

I’ve been trying for 2 days now to complete the ID verification. What a joke. Submitted the front and back of my drivers license, then the selfie of my face, for it to kick me back to the beginning again. Extremely frustrating when the process to complete a task doesn’t work properly. I tried completing it on my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook. I don’t understand why there just isn’t an option to upload photos of all three? Good luck trying to find a direct contact without jumping through the automated system.

Could be a great service IF the RV owners ever get back to you!!

Wrote to two separate owners, neither got back to my booking request within the 24 hr limit. Very rude. This app should alert the owners by text, email and app notification when they have a booking request! And they should really stress upon the rv owners that it is critical to respond to requests in a timely manner.

Disappointed

Unfortunately I had a frustrating experience. This is not a great time of year to rent a trailer, feels like a bot site. I would request a trailer for rent, they’d take a credit card and then cancel or not respond at all. Overall pretty big waste of time. Right when you think you finally have a trailer scheduled, go through their identification process, you find out you were cancelled and have to do it all over again. Really dumb way to spend your time. Went to the higher priced competitor site (probably owned by the same company) and reserve a trailer first try without any gimmicky verification process. I could go into full detail, however read too many of those and how they sound. I should really let my Karen loose and dance like no one’s watching. But hey, might work for you just fine. Good luck and eff #RVnoshare- lol…. Last turning into your parents statement: sad I was forced to give any star rating.

The app is the website

It’s not very user friendly. I can’t find my dash board wherever I can change my listing information. They’ve essentially put the website into an app

Awesome Experience!!

Justin was awesome and made our first RV renting experience amazing. He took his time walking us through everything and was so laid back and such a great guy to rent from. If you are in the Little Elm, TX area or even remotely close… choose to rent from Justin! I will be definitely renting from him again!

Good, but could be better

The app is quick and easy to navigate, but there are a couple details that got overlooked in this early version that the developer should update to make this app better. 1) In the messages, the field where you type your response should be set to use the text that automatically begins sentences with a capital letter. Right now, it’s all lowercase. 2) In that same messages field, it should be set such that the response your typing grows the window vertically as you add text that goes beyond one line. Right now, it’s just one line of text, so if you write a long response and want to proofread it, you have to scroll sideways through the whole message to see/read what you wrote.
