  • Hands down the best fitness app around!

    I’m closing in on 7 months with BellsUp programming and I am astounded at the progress I have made. Not only have I put on a stupid amount of muscle, this is the first time in my life I have been consistent with my workouts. The most impressive part of Bells Up is the programming that cues breath and pelvic floor!!!
    I started with the beginner program using dumbbells because it’s what I had. Near the end of the beginner program, I bought my first kettlebell and have continued to grow my collection as I grow stronger.

    I’m a mom who works full time so it’s important that I get a lot of bang for my buck, time wise. 40 mins 3x/week is doable for me.

  • Amazing kettle bell program!

    I’ve been lifting weights for a long time. I have gotten the best results ever using the Bells Up Program. They do a great job of explaining how to do each move and the program builds. I’m stronger than ever and injury free!

    Lacee and Missy are truly amazing trainers. Their programs are easy to follow and cuing is excellent. I love how the focus is on strength and form, and there is a purpose to every workout. I was getting bored of dumbbells, discovered kettlebells with Lacee a few years ago and haven’t looked back! If you want a challenging program, improve strength, intelligent programming, have advice from knowledgeable trainers and have fun along the way, Bellsup is the the perfect app.

    I took about a year break from working out but knew immediately this was the place to pick back up. Lacee and Missy are knowledgeable and accessible. They want everyone to be empowered, successful, and strong! Excited to be back on the program.
  • Effective

    I didn’t know what to think about kettle bell workouts. Honestly never did them before trying this app after the recommendation of Dr Gabrielle Lyon. I noticed changes in my body within a few workouts and even more so when I’m consistent with my routine. I completed the beginner series in 2021 then took a break to try some other (non-kettle bell). I’m back because this program works for me. I am now challenging myself with the strength and power workout. Thank you Melissa and Lacee for these challenging but doable workouts! I look forward to getting stronger each time. :-)

  • Best functional fitness program

    I was never into following along a fitness class on tv but I figured I’d give the 7-day free trial a shot. I was blown away by the programming and the results I was getting (aesthetically and fitness level). I always enjoyed strength training but this brought it to a whole new level! I have to stop myself from doing a class every day and take rest days. I highly recommend investing the monthly amount! My boyfriend even a change in my physique! :)
