Best App for Strength Training

I’ve done a lot of workout apps and never kept up with them. This one is majorly different. It’s progressive so you go into the workouts with a set plan of what you’re building towards and you know which workouts to do, how often, and in which order. Knowing what advanced moves exist (thru the app and thru following Bells Up, Lacee and Missy on Insta) gives me great motivation to keep building strength. And this app focuses heavily on lifting weights properly and having good form, which is perfect for those of us who are beginners and want to learn without injury. It’s just all so well set up that you don’t have to think much. Just show up, follow their great cues and direction, and do the work. Highly recommend!

Amazing programming!

I have been following the beginner series since late February and this is the most refreshing and empowering program I’ve ever followed. It’s building slowly to ensure proper technique and breath work. My prior knee injury that always seemed to flare up a week into any new program has yet to show up 3 months into bells up. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to follow a continuous program and get strong! The app itself is also easy to use.

So excellent

Lacee & Missy are knowledgeable, funny, strong badasses. This app blends the best parts of at-home workouts with personal trainer programming. The programs are varied for every skill level, and the constantly evolving content keeps me motivated to “level up” and get STRONG. Truly cannot say enough good things. Five stars only because I can’t go more than five. Love it on the iPad, iPhone, and Roku!
