Got a fine because of this app!! Avoid.
Tried to use this app in the 10 minutes I was waiting for my appointment. The app wouldn’t let me register, and I had to go into the appointment. I had no cash, who does these days?
Ended up having to pay a £60 fine even after appeal!

Not working
Because of this app i spent 15 minutes in the car park to download and pay . Didn’t work, my phone is up to date and good internet connection outside. Anyway, after fill all the requirements, personal details and location.. following the steps , literally when press pay .. no comand where made , no reaction from the app. Who wants to risk 100 pounds for few pounds . Send them an e-mail and I received an automatic reply saying that , after i have to wait 28 days and in 98% of them cases isn’t them fault. So , the app is not working, they don’t have a support team, they don’t have solutions and definitely they don’t have any blame or mistakes. This app is done in a hurry like you are making an omelette. This app cost me 100£ and I refuse to pay because of this app faults . I just read all the reviews and all of them are bad and critical. Avoid car parks using this app . Works fine with RinGo and never had problems to pay an 1£ car parkShow lesshon3st.claudiu

Losing my review virginity
I have never left a review for an app but I personally wanted to take time out of my day to express to everyone what a sorry excuse for an app this is. I honestly feel ashamed to have it on my phone. The app constantly freezes and buffers, it takes me about 20 minutes to pay for a ticket. Useless
Frequently just loses your “saved” cards / locations / vehicles without warning. Frequently hangs without completing payment. Car park machines don’t accept cards so after 10 mins mucking about trying to reinstall I generally give up and go elsewhere. I now avoid the car park that uses this app.ThatGuyYouKnowHim

I have to use this app for my local hospital. Doesn’t save card details - even though it has check box to save - and doesn’t appear to allow you to load card details in advance. So you rock up without your card on you …. Would not use unless I had to for hospitalpoopsa82762849
Absolute rubbish.
Doesn’t allow you to edit or add a new credit card so when your card expires, which they inevitably do, you can’t then park, causing nothing but stress when it is the only option to pay for parking (Northampton Bike Park, take note). For any companies or councils, stick with the normal solutions and don’t just go cheap or try to be out there, it just doesn’t work).Show lessTheresonlyoneginge2
Pretty awful
Initially (for a few months) the App worked fine. Around Aug 23 I used the App to pay for one hour parking and all went through ok. A few days later I get an e-mail saying I didn’t pay for parking and a photo of my car was attached. I was informed I would pay a fine (£50 approx) ?? I took a screenshot of my payment from the App under History. I had to submit an appeal to the fine which I did. Got a reply which didn’t apologise but said after looking at the evidence “on this occasion PopPay would not charge me” !! Unreal !
Just tried the App today and it asks to confirm payment for parking with my bank. I can select Banking App or a one time password. Neither did anything when selected ?? I rang PopPay and explained problem and a helpful lady took my payment. Not a very good or reliable App at all.Show lessChrisH0514
No way to verify credit card details are secure
This app does not allow payment using ApplePay. It also does not have the ability to read card details you have previously stored in Apple Wallet. You must enter your card number manually so I hope you have your actual card to hand when you first find this app is the only way to pay for parking; I gave up carrying a physical card years ago because all these details are already stored in my phone.
Given that this app can’t accept ApplePay or read from Apple Wallet, I don’t trust that the company is transmitting or storing credit card details securely.Show lessExoteric12
