Unable to pay via the app
Downloaded the app today as it was the only way to pay for parking.
Just got the error message: ‘something went wrong, please contact the developer’
Looks like the same issue as the last reviewer.

Another car park app…
I’ve already got 4 car park apps on my phone, for the love of god why couldn’t they use one of the existing apps?
Bad things: App requires an account and doesn’t support Apple Pay. Because of that, the first Setup takes an unreasonable amount of time as you have to enter all the details manually.1mare2
App doesn’t work - no other way to pay?
Downloaded App, tried to pay for parking near my place of work with various debit/credit cards but got error message every time: ‘something went wrong, please contact application developer’… Phoned Poppay, was told that there’s no other way to pay other than via the App and they couldn’t help. Deleted and reinstalled App several times but that didn’t help. This happened on numerous occasions, had to move my car to a RingGo car park nearby each time - no problem at all with their App!Show lessjlxwalker
Not good
As mentioned by previous reviewers, download app, set it all up and then can’t pay using it because won’t except the payment, tried with different payment cards. Had an appointment so didn’t have time to move the car, just had to hope I didn’t get a ticketNicky Jenkins
Doesn’t work, double charges, and leads to parking fine
The app crashed after creating an account and entering the card details. After deleting and reinstalling the app, it crashed again after the card transaction was confirmed. I was then charged twice, but received a fine as the transactions were only processed the next day.

Shocking, Diabolical, Tragic
Three words that’s sums this abysmal company and their app.
I turn up to the car park every morning and face having to mess around on the app deleting and reinstalling, just to get a payment through… has been like this for months, no sign of trying to fix it. (Baring in mind they give you 10 minutes to pay before you get a fine, you really haven’t got a lot of time once you’ve got anywhere near parking your car)

Unable to use
After several attempts with three different credit cards and checking personal details matched we were unable to complete purchase and had to leave and park elsewhere. Needs to be fixed and working like RingGo and PayByPhone which does not have the same issues.Nessinoonoo
Fast and Efficient
Easy to download. Found the site i was at quickly and took payment and sent me a reciept instantly.

Worked Perfectly
We’ve just used it to pay for parking at Shoreham Airport, with absolutely no issues at all. Don’t know what everyone’s moaning about.Carollam1962
Bad!!!
Can’t tell you how bad this ap is! Not surprised is only has a 1.5 score so far … Yet another parking ap to download from a venue I’ve used a lot even recently. 1. Couldn’t get the ap to load for a while 2. Doesn’t take Apple Pay as a method of payment 3. Couldn’t load a credit card into the system to pay Luckily the venue have worked a solution in that they give you the change for the meter as then add it to your bill! So if you are thinking of using this parking ap for your venue … please don’t!!
Also … 30pence charge for the privilege of paying to park!! This is a rip off! Most are 10p at most … and honestly as the only way to pay I think it’s a cheek to charge extra!Show lessElliePhoneUser84
