Bad payment service
Bad for processing payments any card you put is declining you call customer service and you are # 45 in line, they give you option of getting a call back when it’s your turn but that call never comes !!!! The app needs lots of update to t even have a customer service number had to look up on web and no they dont return your call !!!! Very upset customer

Terrible App
It doesn’t work. I can’t pull up any info. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I’m starting to wonder about the insurance company now. I think I need to switch to a more reputable insurance provider.

Somehow had two accounts linked to one email. Very very complicated and confusing. So many “check email” moments and after searching & panicking thinking I’d gotten scammed — everything was in the JUNK folder.
Not Working!
The app is not pulling up any of my insurance information and I am not able to pay it through the app!

My situation…I’m a returning client and I got a new policy with through United Security. I was looking for the Warrior app to update my policy info so that I can make my payments through the app like before. It wasn’t working so I tried deleting the old profile, that didn’t work. So I called the tech number provided to in the app to get this done. Alice, a sweet heart, helped me out and did get things straightened out on her end but things still didn’t work out in the app. It’s definitely an app/program issue. At this point, I’ll just move around and call the toll free number🤷🏾♂️

Doesn't work
It won't even let me accept terms and conditions . Just keeps loading no matter if i'm around wifi or how many times i've force closed this app .
Terrible app
This app does not work for me at all, then I tried calling number to pay over the phone and they kept saying my zip don’t match what’s on my account… this app is booty!!🤨

This app has a lot of flaws in it for one thing you can’t make your payment through the app for some reason it let me the first time then everytime after that I have to call it in. It tries to rate you when your not even the driver and I’ve set it to where I wasn’t the driver and it still does it. If it worked right it might be a good app I’m considering just dropping it from my phone
