Disappointing
Your App Is Disappointing. It is hard to get ahold of a claims representative and when I do they never send an adjuster out to look at the car. I need to add another car onto my policy and there is nowhere on the app to do that. Plus it is hard to find a phone number to contact you.crafton300
Works but unfair
I want feedback about my driving but if someone swerved in front of me or the light goes yellow I get criticized for hard braking. If I accelerate slow enough to make the app happy then I am a road hazard & people try to pass me. Lots of tailgating.
If I obey the speed limit I am again a road hazard - not keeping up with traffic & again, people try to pass me. More tailgating.
Back off the nanny state mentality. Braking, cornering and accelerating at normal rates need to be allowed. Must drive like grandma on Sunday and hold up traffic to please the current settings. Gets real old. Will look for another company when I can.Show lessOldSloMike

Lost of what’s going on
Whoever is in charge of keeping this app available and functioning properly isn’t doing they’re job. If they’re others constantly leaving low star’s reviews about this app wouldn’t you think the company would be on it by now? This app is terrible. Been having trouble since i downloaded it. I can’t make it past the accepts terms and condition screen. Jus a loading sign pops up and never goes away. This needs some work!!!!!!taadriaannaa
