This app is bull! I can’t access anything. Just trying to see my card and it says no card found. But it will take my payment ANYTIME! I also filed a claim 3 days ago and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Not sure if it’s the app or the company!🤬KJD73

I downloaded this app to place a payment. No confirmation email, no receipt, no anything. I emailed the email that I found for support, No interaction yet. I feel scammed and confuse. Now the app is stating I have another payment due today and I just made it yesterday. It’s frustrating because I have no idea it I have insurance for my 4 of July trip today.SmhShow lessMcPerry79

Who’s maintaining the operation of this app
I can’t the simplest tasks on this mobile app as far as viewing my information, profile updating, contacting help, As well the app itself isn’t loading up? That concerns me if I were to really get into a accident and cannot get in touch asap! Especially when I’m paying a high insurance month to month without the options I’ve thought were included when I started this auto insurance. No road services, auto rentals, Battery jumps aren’t included in my so called full coverage? Without paying an extra pricey fee! I will be looking for another more reliable insurance co. I tried to download my ID card and it says it’s not there. There are other functions. Were you trying to do or pull it out a message not work all in all this app is only been good for making my car payments.darkfairyfawn

The app is very slow. It won’t allow you to view your card or make a payment when needed. It constantly shuts down. This definitely needs a lot of fixing. It could be a nice convenient way to view and pay but as of right now it’s not very reliable.xoxoBianc
