Easy to use, Great Company
Powur is a great company for all kinds of solar projects and their app just makes it super easy to track their projects!
Been in neglect
Great idea when it was created. But it’s just gone downhill. Can’t login, keeps crashing, tried deleting and reinstalling but nope, no luck. All the hype and no substance.
A Solid App
This App has been helpful for both myself as an Independent consultant and my clients to track along on progress updates. It’s great that the homeowner can enter a support chat with Powur directly through the app. It is still pretty new, and there have been a few small issues a couple of people have had with updates but Powur has been rapidly addressing these across the board over the past year. The clients will also get weekly emails in addition to the updates in the app now. So, whichever method is preferred can be utilized. Overall, the feedback I have received has been good from clients. Suggestion: I would like if there was a way to toggle off or only view the projects that are currently in progress, similar to the Powur dashboard functionality. This would make for an easier user experience as a partner seller with the platform. Thanks for all the work on this!

Login links always go to the app store page
I'd love to actually use the app, but every time I use the homeowner link, the link I get opens the app page. Would be great if you could just login with a password or use a website instead of being forced to use the app
Great communication tool!
A solar contractor having an iPhone app that tells me the progress of my home solar project is very cool. I like being able to see the status and have the ability to talk with Powur and my salesperson. Works great and easy to use.
New access permission with every login?
When I used this app, I had to request a new access invitation each time I logged in. Meaning I had to type my email address in and wait for an email from Powur. Then open the email and click the invite. The app opened and showed no progress on our job despite repeated reassurances from the salesman to the contrary.
Sorry, I am not impressed that I have to go through many steps just to log in. Perhaps I am even more disappointed that the salesman’s Schtick hasn’t exactly played out the way he said it would.
