  • Default payment date causes a payment error + it’s trash overall

    When you make a one time payment, the payment date is set a few days later by default, but ALWAYS fails. You have to set it to today’s date in order for the payment to succeed. I’m not sure how it’s possible for testing to not to have caught this, or for this to have lasted as a bug for as long as it has (6th month in a row).

    Pointless app, bloated company.
  • Great improvements

    They have really improved this app. Now you can see your daily usage, separated by TOU, hours etc to see your usage and make adjustments as needed. The only thing I wish they could add is for solar users, to see how much was pulled from the grid.
  • Should be better

    Not only is the bad but so is the business as a whole. No other choice but to use an overcharging monopoly. They won’t even close a previous accounts.
    I’m hoping a new update will allow for address changes and canceling previous accounts. Edison is terrible as it is but to get charged over and over for a previous address is ridiculous. They do a poor job at helping over the phone so, maybe a simple app feature would remedy this. A total bad business.
