Good, but could use some improvements…
I’ve been using this app for almost 3 years now, it’s really great, but I have a few suggestions to make it more system friendly. The option to give an automatic notification any time a new person is added to front, when there has been a message sent in the chat area. I often forget to even check that area, so having the ability to send a notification that there are unread messages like you can with the board area would be fantastic. One of my biggest suggestions would be the ability to sort the members in front. If there were categories/sections/groups you could create and name within the fronting page, it would be far easier to label who is fronting, co fronting, co-conscious, passive influence, etc, rather than the tedious manually typing out statuses below each alter. I also think something CRUCIAL would be the ability to censor text !! This disorder obviously comes with a lot of hard, upsetting topics. It kind of shocks me that there isn’t the ability to censor out words, like you can in discord. Other than that, I’d say this app is really amazing and helpful !

Front reporting is a game of telephone :(
when trying to make a front entry, instead of asking you when your front started, it asks you when the last person’s front ended and how long it lasted. so essentially each of us have to make an entry for the last person who was in front, instead of making our own entries when we come to the front. it’s quite irritating. most of the time we dont remember things that the last person fronted does (like how long they fronted) so reporting feels like a guessing game and not accurate as we’d like it to be.
it should just be a button on each person to initiate the front, then ask if the last front ended or if continuing as a co-front. then a button to end the last person if/when they leave the front. then you don’t even have to put in how long it lasted because the time stamps can just tell you how long it lasted. no guessing, no doing other people’s homework.

Really good app
This app has helped us out a lot, the only downside is even when we have wifi on and no vpn we are still getting kicked out of online mode and forced to be put into offline mode , so we just want to know are the servers down down or is it the app itself, cause we love the app it’s helped us out a lot and it’s helped us achieve functional multiplicity with help from outside sources as well.

Use it all the time
Particularly the features for front tracking and leaving messages for alters next time they front is good. And i use it all the time.. having a log of switches has come in handy a few times !

I have had this app for a year now but only used it to keep track of who all was in our system. After i discovered there’s a chat feature and a way to share with a friend who’s fronting, I have two ideas I’d like the app to implement if it could!
1. I enjoy the chat feature, but wish there was a way to keep the Front as the right side chat icon, and then the rest of the system would filter to the left. Swapping has made it feel more “real” but if that feature could happen, that would make more sense in our head.
And 2. I don’t want to make a whole discord server just so our alters had a way to show they were speaking too, so if there was a way to allow friends on the app into the system chat, that would be awesome! That way I don’t have to keep tagging who’s saying what and my friends who aren’t systems aren’t confused as to who’s talking.
(Even though Discord and the PluralKit have been extremely beneficial to plurals, I’m on the older side of the internet and don’t want to have to place a bunch of symbols beginning or ending my message in order to have the message say who said it. It’s much easier to click on an icon to say who’s chatting and leave it at that 😅)
Otherwise, the app has been great! I’m really thankful to the developers for giving us a safe space to feel alive!

makes my phone break
i love this app! when i’ve actually been able to use it it’s been great! however, i’ve been through 3 phones whilst using this app, and whenever i redownload for whatever reason, it always messes with my phone. it will genuinely freeze my entire phone and make me either unable to see the screen or touch anything on it. i’ve never seen an app do this before, so it’s pretty concerning when it happens. originally, i didn’t want to blame the app, but at the end of the day, the only common denominator for when this happens to my phone is when i have the simply plural app downloaded. very strange!

Your data is actually safe, we are just recovering from the DDoS attack and the servers are overloaded and couldn't handle your requests. The servers should be stable again. Update to 1.1.8 and see if it's all there. If not email us at hello@apparyllis.com and we can see what's going on. :)
Add a photo gallery
I looove this app!! Very helpful for me as a system. One feature I would implement is a photo gallery for each alter, either in the fields area or the bio area. Another smaller adjustment I would make is changing the text bubbles for iPad, they are formatted for iPhone and are very slim and hard to read when on a bigger device.

Good but a reoccurring issue
This is a perfect for systems to keep track of alters but there’s an issue I keep having, my chats keep clearing.

Would it be possible to add a feature where you can send messages to friends or members of their sys? like in a similar fashion to sending messages between system members?
