Amazing for songwriting begginers
The app gives you lots of features to be a free version. I purchased the subscription yearly too to have access to lots of other features. A bit complicated to use tho but sole buttons do other types of effects instead of the commands there supposed to do. Gonna have to either investigate more or have more use with the app to see if its either the app or me hows going crazy jajaj. Not regret my chance on this app tho. Try it outShow lessLuis . D

Fantastic little app. It does what it says on the tin, ‘democratises’ songwriting, especially for those who aren’t familiar with using complicated songwriting software. Have been able to write a respectable tune in minutes with this app, just because of its easy accessibility. I want to love this app
First off, I think the concept is great! BUT, there’s an ad that pops up every three seconds about Demo+. There isn’t enough free content available to keep me in the app. I just have to close it because all the annoying pop ups. If there were better free options and I could actually work on a song for more than 3 seconds, I might be willing to pay for a subscription. But right now I don’t see a justification for yet another monthly payment. This app could be cool, but it’s not worth the hassle. Giving two stars just because the concept is cool.Show lessEuroflower
Would be better as a free app
It’s pretty good! If this app was free with micro transactions for certain features then it would be much more attractive. The app is pretty awesome. Some of the chord progressions are a little basic but it’s definitely a helpful tool for any music producer. If I designed the app I would make it free and then lock features like the export or even recording behind a paywall so it doesn’t seem like such a money grab. But I would absolutely rate five stars if that was the pay structure.Show lessJd Oli
Songwriting Essential
Great app to spark ideas, flesh them out or literally compose an entire song. This app does a good job balancing out features for more advanced musicians vs beginner-intermediate.
It doesn’t set out to do everything, but it really is your modern day songwriting pocketbook planner. That’s the feel I get from it.
Just note that this doesn’t replace a DAW or anything like GarageBand on iOS. This gets you in position to have everything in perfect order prior to a recording session, tho, which is priceless. Even moreso if you’re a singer who doesn’t play an instrument.
And let’s be honest, it’s nice to workout ideas while giving the guitar or piano a rest, even if you do play.Show lessToobig2lose

Ideas
I enjoy the app and I think it’s a really awesome way to write and create songs on a mobile platform. I’m sure you are working on adding things in the future and improve the app. I think as feedback from me as a user I would ask and say that I think you should add other sounds like guitar, cello or other instruments requested from feeback and I think you should make it where we can add more tracks if possible. I also think you should add a beat track and beat sounds choose from for the different sound progression genres to use with the instrument sounds. I do a have a few more ideas but these are the main crucial ones I think that could heavily impact and improve the experience, capability and potential of this app. I truly enjoy this app and think it is sooo cool, but I cant give it more stars personally till it adds some of these features. this app gives so much inspiration as well as a great platform to get my ideas down. i do most of my production on my phone (I’m not a very serious musician I just like writing songs). this is so so amazing. i bought the full version because I really can’t stand having limited options when it comes to music… lol.Show lesstumblruser345
Yesss!!
I love this app! Perfect for getting down song ideas with chordal information and lyrics all in one spot. It’s also helped me a lot with being able to play with more complicated chord progressions, as I can play it back and hear how it sounds. Then record my idea over it! So cool!
There’s some areas that are open for improvement - ie. not being able to rearrange parts of the songs by dragging them up or down - if you’re recording you have to record the whole track, and not pick a section to record (particularly annoying when doing BV’s. I also can’t find a way to backup my ideas, which does make me a bit nervous if the app ever died/crashed with all my song babies in there.
But it’s seriously a fantastic app for getting an idea down in a fairly fleshed out, easy to use manner!Show lessKaylawquee
Amazing app! Only missing one key feature
This app is amazing! It has a slick UI and works very well to add song ideas and put an idea together before taking it to the studio. The only key feature I wish was there was the ability to import audio files you already have into the recording section. Usually people have lots of song ideas and they have ideas they recorded on their other devices before downloading the app. It would be awesome to add it in and have everything in one placeShow lessmh180005
