Was a great game until it froze up
Hi ! I have been playing this game for a long while now . I have honestly enjoyed playing it and winning money. About 3 days ago I got on to play like I usually do and all I got was the main screen with happy new year 2023. The screen won’t go any further. I have turned off my phone. And reset my phone and I tried to contact the support team but I clicked on the support and it took me to something like honest winner. So now I am frustrated because I know longer can play a game that I absolutely love plus I probably lost all of my money that I had. Plus I can’t even contact the support team. So maybe somebody will read this and get back with me or fix the problem so I can continue to play. Update on review They fixed the problem the very next day and was very prompt and very responsive and even compensated me for my trouble of logging in. Thank you all this is like I said before a very good game and I have been playing a very long time.
Another update Feb 5th
So after a couple of days now of playing since I wrote the last review ever time I try to get diamonds I get this white screen the only way to get this to work is to restart my phone this is very frustrating.Show lessTwilzedda
Deceptive
Don’t buy into the claims they make. They aren’t honest. First of all, nowhere in the description or the app itself does it say that “bonus cash “ is just for show like it is. They need to separate it from real cash, so that you don’t get surprised when you go to cash out and you get 5x less than it says your balance is. Not only that, they nick you for a $1.50 “processing fee “ under $10, which they blatantly lied about you having until you try to withdraw.
Also don’t believe the lie that the game is fair. If all being true that everyone gets the same card and same numbers, then they use bots instead of humans, since the gap from first to second place can be 200,000 points. It’s just not humanly possible.
The processing fee is unconscionable, being that they profit immensely for each game. Third place gets 25% of the entry fees, which gives them roughly $30 profit on a $30 entry fee game, yet they can’t even treat their customers right and have to make even more profit off a processing fee.
Don’t get suckered into the bonus games. Just take what they give you. Don’t spend money to try to get extra, since it’s useless. And by the way, they will never use your bonus cash for tournament entries. They will take your real money first.Show lessDhrycik

Game is ALOT of fun & LEGIT but…
I’ve been playing for some time now. Haven’t had the opportunity to withdrawal money. I enjoy playing the game. However, as of 2 days ago, whenever I go to play the game does not load. I have to delete the app and download the game again & again in order to play. EVERY TIME‼️ This to me is quite frustrating. I am using iPhone 12pro, latest iOS which is 16.3, app is up to date, tried rebooting phone and NOTHING‼️ The ONLY way I am able to play is deleting the app and reinstalling it. This is very frustrating. Especially when one is trying to win certain competition on there that expires in a certain amount of time. By not being able to play smoothly one is unable to play at full potential. Some sort of compensation would be highly appreciated. You ONLY have me $2 and when I write vía Support all you respond is instructions on deleting account. I don’t wish to delete my account. I want to play but be fairly compensated. Crashed and took my money
Loved playing this game, was the best Bingo app. Only complaint about actual game play would be the calling of #s is super slow, speeding that up would make it better. But it won’t really matter bcuz eventually the game will steal your money anyway! It’s been days since I’ve been able to open the app, it just sits in loading mode but won’t actually open. Of course I have $50+ in my purse which will get wiped out if I uninstall/reinstall the app to try to get it working again. This is the second time this has happened, didn’t learn my lesson the first time. Didn’t matter as much then though bcuz I only had around $2 but this time I have over $50, which still isn’t exactly big bucks but I won it playing this game for hours and I want my freakin money! 100% LEGIT
I am a bored vibrant (lol) 66 year old grandmother on disability for 18 years. I have tried every game where you supposedly can win cash. This game is the real deal. This week I tried my first withdrawal and I had my money in 3 days. Of course you need to play with real money you deposit but that is how you get real money when you win. There is money for first second or third place. If you want to play bingo but don’t want to use real cash there is an option to play for “gems”.

Better than other bingo games but a little scammy
First off, I will say that this game is better than other similar bingo cash apps. I like the interface better and the game has more strategy involved which is fun. It’s addictive for sure. I got quite good and was winning extra cash for a little while, and I always got my cash out within a few days! However, they really do adjust it so you can’t win forever - no one can win hundreds a day no matter how good you are. I suspect there are a number of bots on there such that if you do really well for a while, they throw in bots that will do better so you can’t keep winning. It’s super frustrating. That being said, I still have fun on it and I’ve earned money overall, but cmon - it’s pretty clear what’s happening when I suddenly start losing every single game.Show lessDottie <3
Game glitch issues
I have been playing this game for months and all the sudden it suspended my account. It has a button to reach out to support but I have been leaving messages for a week and no response and my account is not unlocked!! This is very frustrating with the amounts of money I was putting into this… please correct asap!!!! Ever since I been suspended my funding is getting wiped out… this isn’t right!
Update: as soon as I made this post I get a response from support claiming I reported fraud on my account. This is such a lie. I’m still blocked from actually playing this game… they had to have mixed up the accounts because I haven’t reported anything and supposedly I reported it 3 times!! Fun but the ads lie!!!
You’re not going to be winning $100’s daily. You’re probably not going to win ANY money without depositing, and then you’ll just lose that! They say, “you’re playing the same card, but you have to use your skills to win”. It finally showed me how it really works when I scored 40K when hitting every daub and skill perfectly, just to see I was beaten by someone who scored 400K. It would have been impossible to score that high with the numbers given. That means that either we play the same cards, but are given different numbers, or they have bots that are given the wins during cash matches. The ads are VERY misleading and are NOT REALISTIC!!! I’m sure there’s some fine print to state this, because there’s no way they can be approved with this false advertising they do! It’s a fun game, but don’t plan on paying any bills.
