Frustrating scanning
The QR code on the toy almost always times out before the camera will read it. Far too slow and incredibly frustrating to my child.

WON’T SCAN
I have a daughter who got the toy and the app. She was so excited about it but the app WILL NOT SCAN. And thanks to this, my daughter is going down in tears! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

The app is completely useless and the QR codes don’t work.

No QR codes with scan. I’ve tried about 7 times and nothings working.

Unfortunately, none of the fairies are connecting to the app. It won’t scan.
App has potential but falls short
The toy is cute and the idea of reading them on the app is cute but I usually have to go under blankets or somewhere completely dark to read it. My daughter lost interest because she caught almost every fairy so I renewed her interest with some of the codes from the app. They talk in the ad about all the cool fairies you can get from the codes or they they’d put some in their social media account. But there’s been no new codes since I downloaded the app. It seems like they used the app to sell the toy and then just stopped. Playing with the fairies on the app also got boring quickly. Need a game or something.
