Easy but not easy
Have been using this app for quite some time. Main problem is there is absolutely no customer support. I have to scroll through months of faxes to get to my most recent one and there is no quick way to do that. Unable to delete old received faxes. When I did use their delete feature it wiped out all my stored fax numbers, all my sent faxes but left all my received faxes which is the only thing I wanted to delete. If they would just fix it so that the new fax is at the top of the list I would rate this five stars. Also, it would be nice if we could assign a name to a fax number so I know for sure who I am sending a fax to. Please developers make this app perfect. I know you can.

An excellent service!
This application allows you to obtain a local fax number and use it to send and receive documents from your device. Exactly what I needed! My new healthcare provider needed some medical records for an upcoming appointment, so I had to contact my old provider in another town. Thanks to this application, I was able to get my documents signed immediately. All you have to do is call a local scan number, scan a document and send it where you want it. The job will be done in less than an hour. Very simple and reliable, 10/10!

I need to send faxes to other countries and I don’t have a fax machine nearby, and this application helped me a lot. You can just scan a document you need to send, and that’s it — your document is ready to go. On top of that, the app saves the numbers you used, which means you won’t need to submit one and the same number again and again. You just install the app and start sending faxes without creating a login and password. Super app, recommend it!

Simple as a day
The application is so easy to use, so I just installed it and started using without any hiccups. Even if you need to scan a document, it’s also plain — much easier that a native iPhone feature. The rest of the functionality is also easy to find and use. Perhaps, it’s one of the most adequately priced online faxing apps so far, as I can’t say the subscription is way too expensive. Can recommend it as it solves such a bothersome problem for quite a pleasant price, while there are no complications with using the app.

It's always a nightmare to look for a fax machine when you need to send a short document for your insurance or any other paperwork. I found this app, and couldn’t believe how convenient it is! After installation, you just pick the document you want to send and enter the fax number. There’s a user-friendly interface, so the application doesn’t require much effort for you to send a fax wherever you need to.

Does not work
I paid $39.99 for a subscription to send a fax. I got a confirmation that the fax was sent, yet when I called the recipient, they stated that they had not received any of my faxed paperwork! Of course, a refund is not allowed! I’m out $40 and still had to go and pay a printing company to ACTUALLY send the fax. Complete scam of an app. Not pleased.

Very helpful
The app is super helpful so far. I have to send faxes from time to time, and it was always a painful experience. FAX from iPhone has solved this problem once and for all. The app remembers fax numbers you used before, so you don’t have to enter them every single time once again. There is no signup, you just install the app and start sending and receiving faxes. A good instrument to deal with these paperwork you have to handle almost every day.

Convenient
As a business owner, I appreciate this application for convenience and speed. Everything is easily available, design and interface are great. I’m dealing with lots of documents and often need signatures, so having such an app on my iPhone is definitely worth it. The price seems reasonable too, at least for those who fax on a regular basis. It supports electronic signatures and even allows you to track your faxing history, so you’ll never lose an important file. Amazing!
