When a business asks me, “Do you have a fax that you can send that to us?” I pause for 5-10 seconds (that’s a long to by the way!) and I reply, “Do YOU have a fax at your home?” Then I I don’t have to pause because they ALL say, “No.” Then I protected to say, “That’s because NO ONE uses fax anymore. Get on the email train!”
THIS is where I say, “Ok, I have a fax app on my phone, so give me the fax number this time, but your company needs to get updated!”
This app is awesome. I have used it for 4+ years and it has never let me down. I have the doc in my phone or email, take a pic, sometimes use their feature to add a cover sheet and I will receive confirmation via app and email (the 21st Century style) and voila! It’s done.
It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made. Time is money. I no longer have to drive to my local store and pay $2 per sheet + send fee (whatever!). Absolutely no issues at all. Hi, this app will be perfect’ When I need to fax something. The reason I give it 1 stars, lit only provides subscriptions for a length of time and not individual fax credits or pages for purchase.
I'm not using a fax much. don't want to buy a week subscription and then have to cancel it after sending my one fax- that makes more work for me. Can you just make it simple where we can by fax by the credit or page?
I feel like that is how it used to be If this option is available, it is well hidden. You would think the refill balance wouldn't lead to only sub options, but it does. If you do business with fax on a daily basis this app could definitely benefit you.

I've very disappointed with this app. I have been using this app for almost a year with no issues. Then it came up for renewal in March 2023. I renewed and then realized it double charged me for the same subscription on the same phone in June 2023. So, I canceled my March 2023 subscription thinking I had the most recent renewal that I was CHARGED the full annual fee for and is supposed to be good until June 2024, but when I went to use the app this month, it is promoting me to choose a plan. This makes absolutely no sense because my Apple account shows that I've paid for the subscription, and it remains active until June 2024. Thinking maybe it was a glitch because this was the first issue I've had. I tried to reach out to customer service as soon as I recognized the problem when I went to use it the week of 8/1/23, yes, almost two months after the renewal. I use it for occasional work faxes. It doesn't work. I email the app's customer service support and no response. On 8/5, I file a complaint with Apple, and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this app at all. There are more reliable, affordable, and free apps that offer better customer service vs paying almost $100 to be able to use the app, get the issue fixed or get a refund!Show less
