When a business asks me, “Do you have a fax that you can send that to us?” I pause for 5-10 seconds (that’s a long to by the way!) and I reply, “Do YOU have a fax at your home?” Then I I don’t have to pause because they ALL say, “No.” Then I protected to say, “That’s because NO ONE uses fax anymore. Get on the email train!”
THIS is where I say, “Ok, I have a fax app on my phone, so give me the fax number this time, but your company needs to get updated!”
This app is awesome. I have used it for 4+ years and it has never let me down. I have the doc in my phone or email, take a pic, sometimes use their feature to add a cover sheet and I will receive confirmation via app and email (the 21st Century style) and voila! It’s done.
It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made. Time is money. I no longer have to drive to my local store and pay $2 per sheet + send fee (whatever!). Absolutely no issues at all. Thought Free APP
Hi, this app will be perfect’ When I need to fax something. The reason I give it 1 stars, lit only provides subscriptions for a length of time and not individual fax credits or pages for purchase.
I'm not using a fax much. don't want to buy a week subscription and then have to cancel it after sending my one fax- that makes more work for me. Can you just make it simple where we can by fax by the credit or page?
I feel like that is how it used to be If this option is available, it is well hidden. You would think the refill balance wouldn't lead to only sub options, but it does. If you do business with fax on a daily basis this app could definitely benefit you.

Doesn’t Work and Unresponsive Customer Service
I've very disappointed with this app. I have been using this app for almost a year with no issues. Then it came up for renewal in March 2023. I renewed and then realized it double charged me for the same subscription on the same phone in June 2023. So, I canceled my March 2023 subscription thinking I had the most recent renewal that I was CHARGED the full annual fee for and is supposed to be good until June 2024, but when I went to use the app this month, it is promoting me to choose a plan. This makes absolutely no sense because my Apple account shows that I've paid for the subscription, and it remains active until June 2024. Thinking maybe it was a glitch because this was the first issue I've had. I tried to reach out to customer service as soon as I recognized the problem when I went to use it the week of 8/1/23, yes, almost two months after the renewal. I use it for occasional work faxes. It doesn't work. I email the app's customer service support and no response. On 8/5, I file a complaint with Apple, and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this app at all. There are more reliable, affordable, and free apps that offer better customer service vs paying almost $100 to be able to use the app, get the issue fixed or get a refund!Show lessJessBellaA
Problems doing what you are suppose to do!
Ok, I used ur product one time a while back, now I get ready to use it again and I am stuck because I am being force to update which it won't do then I 👀 at the subscription prices and it is ridiculous what u are charging just to send a fax. Shame on u! Last time I used ur product, I think I paid maybe 2 or 3 bucks to fax something. I know that might have been a couple years ago, but u guys have double that now. So the only thing u force me to do is delete the app and 👀 else where. Thanks for nothing!😩😩

I was on the phone with the IRS and they was giving me a hard time telling me to receive my records my paperwork needed to be fax or mailed. I stated to the rep I needed this paperwork asap and I didn’t have a fax machine or landline ( it’s 2022 who still has that) anyway I had to think quickly I hurried up and found this app …baby when I tell you this app came through. Drs offices who still use fax!
I haven’t had to use a fax in forever till now! Didn’t realize drs offices won’t email records to you. But will fax them. What a relief to see an app that faxes! Wow! It was so easy! Snap a picture and it is transformed into a clear document! Absolutely amazing! You have to pay for a fax number for a minimum of a month but easier than driving to Dr office to pick up the records! Find another way to fax
If you’re like most people in the US, you almost never need to fax something. When you do, you need something very easy and inexpensive. This app was my “go to” fax solution for several years because it was super easy. I bought some credits and slowly used them over time. It felt wonderful to not have to stress out whenever I needed to fax. Now this has switched to a subscription-only model. I’m sure the developers are making much more money as they’ve already said in responses to other reviews that this is the only option they can offer at this time. Obviously they could bring back the credit model (pay per page) if they wanted to. After my credits are used up I’m deleting this and I’ll find another way to fax 🤪Show lessoverweight suburban dad
Fax from your mobile, pay as you go
Every once in a blue moon I need to fax something either for my doctor’s office, or my benefits provider, etc. No landline (who does?) UPS and other places will send for you but they charge a fortune! Plus you have to physically go there. 🤨
This app is awesome! You can spend ~$6 for a week of faxes. And cancel before it renews if you don’t need it anymore. Other amounts for other lengths of service of course.
But the app also allows you to import docs, scan, whatever you need. Took 4 minutes to send 5 pages. Problem solved!Show lessAbbygale414

This app is so easy to use. It really helps when your in a hurry to get a fax sent. I was surprised how easy the steps were to follow. I normally have no luck following instructions & get lost & all messed up but this one is so simple even a child could do it. On top of it, you get a whole week of unlimited faxes for a very low price. You just can’t beat this deal!

Worst app ever. Do not purchase.
I don’t know what’s happening, but I’ve been charged for a yearly subscription twice in a one month period, I’ve had to pay for another weekly subscription, I keep losing my fax numbers, they change every single time, this is stealing my money and I’m not actually getting any kind of service. I’ve reported this to Apple, I’ve requested a refund, I’ve done everything for a quest to help. What is going on? I need to be able to get my fax’s in a reliable way and have a consistent number, and paying over $100 - at this point I’ve paid about 250 - for nothing. Horrible, unreliable and I can’t wait to find a service to replace this. Pretty much anything would be better. What a horrible “fax“ service that steals money.
Update: I finally got a response, and they told me to take my issue up with Apple. Apple is not the problem, the service is the problem. Use JotNot. It’s much better and they don’t rip you off, and you get to keep your number.Show lessCritter028
