I spent $100 to be able to use this for less than 6 months
Things were fine, then I got a new phone and had to re-download apps. I can’t use the app even if I select “use without account”. So the massager is the equivalent of what I can get at the dollar store.

Going Out of Business?
Just check their website. They guarantee a new experience coming in April 2023, and here we are in June, with the same “under construction” message present on the landing page. Emails sent to customer service bounce back as undeliverable. If you update the massager via wifi, it is still on a beta release of firmware that feels very half-baked and must switch between two firmware revisions in order to maintain all features. Not sure what’s going on here but I suppose this is the downside to connected devices that fall out of support from the manufacturer. I wish they would’ve made one final “wrap-up” firmware for the device that’ll disable it’s connected functionality so that it will just turn into a dumb massager if they’re going to go out of business.Show lessmgarcher007

I’ve had the massager since the Carlsbad 5000 last spring and like the device. But the app is bad. Really bad. I was finally able to get both device and app on Wi-Fi but I have yet to successfully set up a username/password. So I have no account and lyric doesn’t have a website, so no way to get support. Can’t Create an Account
The developer needs to address the issues that are noted in the bad reviews. You can’t even create an account as the Continue button doesn’t work, whether trying to create an account by email or phone.BoomerAZ

Can’t create an account. Can’t connect device via Bluetooth (won’t find device). Deleted it. May try again if they get their stuff together, but for now it’s useless.Janadini
Onboarding Obsolete
Wow. Wait for ~1.5 years in anticipation and excitement for an application that was long delayed, but key selling point. On attempt of creating account in newly launched application you CANNOT even hit continue following username and password input. Very disappointing and unfortunate selling point.
The firmware update to the actual massager is horrible too, but maybe it’s enjoyable as an engineer having successfully used app with massager? Unfortunately the firmware update is needing for onboarding…good luck.

You cannot create an account or login???????? The app needs access to precise location to connect to wifi(HUGE unnecessary invasion of privacy)????? And you cannot do anything with the app if you’re not logged in. Crap.gardengorl
