Just check their website. They guarantee a new experience coming in April 2023, and here we are in June, with the same “under construction” message present on the landing page. Emails sent to customer service bounce back as undeliverable. If you update the massager via wifi, it is still on a beta release of firmware that feels very half-baked and must switch between two firmware revisions in order to maintain all features. Not sure what’s going on here but I suppose this is the downside to connected devices that fall out of support from the manufacturer. I wish they would’ve made one final “wrap-up” firmware for the device that’ll disable it’s connected functionality so that it will just turn into a dumb massager if they’re going to go out of business.
