The first one I tried to return the car during the guarantee return period however, the email address provided to proceed the request does not exist, therefore I exceeded the period and could not return it. The second problem, there was an issue with the spare key when handing over the car, they told they would fix it in the first 1000 km test, however they did not and left me with the problem. I would not recommend this company, better to get a certified one with the dealer.
By far the worst experience I had buying a car. Unprofessional, no problem solving skills and cheated on car specs. Car was a different engine type and Hiyaza/RTA certificate had a “car not worthy for road”; which they also lied about.
Excellent knowledge of the car and good engagement with my wife and myself. Was a pleasure to meet him today and I learnt a lot about the car.

Full of garbage
For someone who was very hesitant to buy a car in the UAE due to the bad stories I heard from friends and relatives dealing with car dealers, I had the exact opposite experience with 24Cars! I was very comfortable dealing with them knowing they are very known company with great reputation and encouraged me to approach them.
Aside from all the benefits that someone get when buying a car from them such as 2 years warranty, 1 year insurance covered, 7 days return policy with full refund, etc but the level of trust and honesty is super awesome! They’re not afraid or hesitant to share even the minor imperfections about the car.
Another a major aspect of the experience is that really hassle free! They do actually deliver the freaking car to your doorstep and you get to test drive it and take it for a run and see if it meets your expectations.
Last but not least, the test drive associate that they have sent me “Haider” was the best person for this task as he really tested the car for me to its full limits checking all aspects that be breaks, accelerations, safety features, suspension system, drive modes and list goes on an on…
Thank you 24Cars for the delightful experience and thank you Haider for the test drive journey and surly 100% recommend this company for all my friends, relatives and people in general to deal with them.

The next day, got another call that need to reschedule the test drive as it was during the festive season and public holiday. This is fully understandable and happily agreed.
The next day, got another call informing me that the car is already sold and i need to cancel the booking which i refused.
After a few days, i was informed that the booking is cancelled and money revert back to my account.
Since then i keep on getting call asking me the reason why i cancelled this booking and keep explaining what happened and keep getting promises that they will look for a similar car with same specs within the advertised price .

Luckily, I had a very good customer relations representative (Ayat Mohamed), who compensated for the system weakness, took me thought the process, kept me updated and ensured smooth experience for me. I received my car on time. Happy so far
