Extremely limited content for free users
I am really disappointed that most content is now behind a paywall. I have been a user for almost 2 years now and have been happy with the display even though the content seemed a bit limited. When I saw that it was moving toward a subscription model I thought “good for them, they will have the funds to create more content!” I didn’t think it would basically screw those of us that invested early on before there was a subscription model!! The ray that is currently playing on my display is under a paywall now so if I want to change it, I will have to pay to access what I’m currently seeing. I am super sad and disappointed in this. First they gather all the positive reviews, then they do a switch up and want you to pay. Throw your early users a bone at least and let us have grandfathered content or something.Mayrina
Free content now behind a paywall
I liked my presence display and the app. Until recently I had no issues. Now I’m finding about 80% of the content I once received as part of the purchase price is now hidden behind a paywall. I understand new content being hidden away but now even old content is locked away. That’s a very deceptive practice and it needs to stop. Do better.The Big Show
Login issues
Repeatedly kicked out of app and when trying to login it won’t work and won’t email me an access code. Very frustratingokijde

The display itself is already expensive so I find it kind of absurd that most of the display options require a subscription. I think having the option to play a flat fee for display packs would be better.Kelly Review 123

Worked for one day
I really loved this device for the couple hours that it worked. Then it shut off and no amount of unplugging/replugging, deleting/reinstalling app, hard resetting will bring it back to life. It’s dead. RIP Presence. You were taken too soon.Norrrrrrrrrr

The approach of this app and the display that connects to it are Fantastic!
