I love this app and the display. I have one at home and one in my office waiting room. I am still figuring it out. I would love to be able to add my own messages.
Helps me stay motivated
I’m training for a triathlon right now. The physical training is easiest for me once I get going. The hardest part is getting and staying motivated. I have this inner dialogue telling me to sleep in or skip training days because I’m too tired.
I bought a Presence device and put it on my nightstand. Now when I wake up, I check my Presence and it inspires me to workout.
I keep my affirmations with me while I’m on the treadmill, on the bike and in the pool. My inner critic changed to my inner cheerleader.
